Great hotel! Everything was nice.
Friendly and personal service, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them.
The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious.
The location is good and comfortable, 10 min from the Kamala beach. I read some comments that there are no sidewalks, but it’s Thailand and this country is not for pedestrians.
There are lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and services nearby.
Also there is a pool on the roof with a great view. It’s not big, but still you have enough space to swim, sunbathe and relax.
I definitely recommend to stay here! All the best for G1 team and hope to see you again in the future.

We had one of the suites/penthouses on 6th floor here. We leave with mixed feelings.
Pros:
- Comfortable and clean bed
- Clean toilet
- Large room
- Full size fridge with freezer
- Staff was friendly
- Rooftop pool was small but nice
Cons:
- Except from bed and toilet everything was dirty. The fridge had obvious dirt from the last guest. The tables have not been cleaned and were full of dirt and smear. The shower had many spots. The bathroom mirror was full of toothpaste spots.
- The couch was made from some gumlike material and felt ugly to sit on.
- While the kitchen hat it's own sink, there were no dishsoap, kitchen towels or a sponge to actually clean glasses, cups and plates. I wonder how housekeeping cleans them...
- Many things listed on their room inventory were missing, e.g. no whine glasses and only one longdrink glass.
All in all it felt like the room was once a luxury suite but that was a long time ago and noone cared to keep the room up to it's standard. Now it's mostly a large but dirty room with some hints of it's former glory.

We stayed there for a week. The room was very clean. Coffee and bananas were always available from the lobby. Puky from the reception made our trip more fun and memorable. Overall all the staffs at the reception were helpful and friendly. Would totally choose this hotel again and recommend to anyone who wants to go to phuket. The view from the terrace was amazing and they also had a pool. Its quiet and peaceful there aswell. Its not far from the main road and the beach so its easy to find restaurants. There is also a water fall maybe about 45 minutes away from the hotel.
You could also book day trips to phi phi island or carnival etc… through hotel.

Very nice service, staffs are welcoming and helpful :) There’s washing machine you can use anytime, and breakfast is good. Also a surprising pool at the roof top must go and check out!
Room was fairly okay with this price, it is a bit old but you don’t really feel uncomfortable, air conditioning was great, only thing not so good was the shower, the water pressure is like 0

We did not stay at the hotel, but we came for breakfast everyday. For 150 THB you get a nice breakfast plate with sausages, egg, toast, a small salad and some juice. There's a bar with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and cold water, which is included. Also the service is very friendly. Recommended!

We stayed almost 3 weeks for holidays and working, they gave us an extra desk in our room to work. All was perfect : swimming-pool, washing-machine, cleaning ..! We will come back for sure, and just can recommend you this place ! :) Elodie and Pierre

Very, very good value for money.
The room has everything you need, it was nice to find a hair dryer, water, coffee, everything is neat and CLEAN. Yes, the rooms can be seen tired, but not at all critical. Very friendly staff. Free snacks in the lobby - croissants, jam, cookies, etc))

We liked Kamala beach a lot. It's much more relaxed than Patong and equally beautiful. It's a 8-10 min walk to the beach - not your hotel if you're looking for beach front. Staff was very friendly and helped us out a lot. Internet was very good, room modern and comfortable. Unfortunately, no view as the next building was only about one meter away which however was not a problem for us. Expect to be woken up be the nearby mu'adhin at 05:15 am which didn't bother us as it is a local / cultural thing.

Terrible hotel. It is located very far from the beach, while the road to it without a pedestrian part.
All furniture is dirty and tired. Curtains were not clear in what.
On the second day of my stay, the lights were turned off and I had to go down on foot, but that's not all. There was also no hot water.
The staff is of course very friendly. But it doesn't change my attitude towards this place.

Rooms quite shabby. Air conditioner roars like a truck. Personnel is unhelpful with poor English knowledge (this is a hotel after all, they should know the basics!). Don't leave any deposits, they will say you didn't leave anything.
