We were there for the first time, the hotel is for unpretentious tourists, the location is very convenient, the staff is very friendly, we liked everything, for a short stay, I do not recommend it with children, only couples and singles rented a bike in the same hotel. We liked everything.

The guesthouse is excellent, you can feel that the staff is trying, but there is one significant minus - a rock bar next door, from which live music plays until midnight. Staying in a bungalow (as they write in reviews) will not help, you can also hear it well there. The owner of the hotel can only wish to finally make a choice. There should be one thing left: either a rock bar or a hotel.

An outdoor B&B room is not a hotel. As soon as I opened the room, a musty smell hit my face. The decoration and furniture were from the 1970s and 1980s. It was as shabby as a room in a ghost movie. I really couldn’t live in it. I had a massage outside. Go back to the room after 12 o'clock and wait for dawn to leave. I won't be cheap anymore. I don't know where the good reviews online come from. Is it because it's cheap? Safety comes first when you go out! We must avoid negative comments

Basic but comfortable room with fridge and air con. Good sleep, hot water and loads of room.
Located centrally, close to excellent bars and eateries. Bakery over road serving fresh pastries and great coffee.
My room [15] was very close to the bar. They have a great band and pool table. It was loud but didn't disturb me.
Not much privacy. The rooms have a large window with curtains and a bench outside.
Overall OK.. very social spot.

Very good location. Close to Kaibe beach. Comfortable and big room. 7 11 delivers food directly to rooms

This hotel is located in a really good location.
All activities are located nearby, and access to almost everything from shopping to restaurants is good.
I will stay here again.

Definitely find something better. Run down, and the bed is hard as a rock. Had to ask for extra blankets. Staff was rude, and tried to charge extra for everything. Koh Chang has so many better options!!

Very nice staff and located close to the beach. But all the furniture in the room was really bad quality and damaged...

Good place to crash. Cheap, not too far from the beach. Surrounded by many massage shop and convenient stores. Friendly staff.

Lovely little resort. Comfy beds, basic necessities, every day room clean, and beautiful! Nice and quiet, relaxing and secluded enough to feel comfortable but still in 1-2 minutes walking distance from many fun and useful things! They also fold your towels into swans, so cute.
