The hotel is at the BEST location im telling you. Just into the beach and the one and only walkingstreet (literally the only one on Koh Samed).
Staff is nothing special, got 1 goodmorning on a 10 day visit. 6 people sitting around the resturant area and nobody cares to help you. Not fresh or good on any ways but good for the price if u dont wanna spend so much time at the hotel.

The location is right opposite to beach with their restaurant in between.
Rooms are like nice and clean but the orientation is like a dormitory with walls between the rooms and glass partition n door at room entrance.
So if someone is looking for beach side location is great but for families looking for more amenities and common areas in the hotel then it does disappoint.
The evening is pleasant with the extension of restaurant on beach like all other resorts do on the beach.

The only good thing was the location. But the Room smelled terrible. Also the service of the people working at reception was bad. First they made us to change the room after first night. They called us on phone when we were at the beach and told us that we have to change within 30 minutes. They die not tell us why. Although we were asking. The New Room was smaller and the smell horroble. When asking to get another room we were told that they are sold out. But we saw that the room next to us was not occupied … The size of the Deluxe Room was good. But all rooms don’t have a window that can be opened. A lot of things in the Deluxe Room was not in good condition. And there is almost no Place to Store things. We would never go there again.

Everything great. Two small caveats that don't merit a star deduction. One, the AC smelled bad for about one day. After that, it was fine. Second, in high season, the beach chairs are really crowded closely together. Not a big deal, just wanted to mention it. Recommended.

My review is for the boat tour. Boat 999. Excellent professional crew. Very friendly and personable. Really enjoyed my day snorkeling! Highly recommended 👍

I was on the 4th floor and the hotel doesn't have an elevator, so of course I had to climb 4 flights of stairs, but it was worth it because the view from the top floor was amazing. The room was big and clean.

Right on the beach front. They have a restaurant and they do boat tours, this is my second night and I have just completed a boat tour. I want to point out something that happened to me today, I went out on the boat tour and come back to my room very clean of which I was impressed, but the main surprise was seeing 500฿ on my bed. After pausing puzzled for a moment I did a money count and sure enough I was down by 500฿, it turns out I dropped it in my room in the morning and they left it on my bed for me when I got back. I was very shocked and I went down to the reception immediately to say thank you. So I definitely recommend staying here as I feel like they look after my stuff when im out on activities and I also feel looked after when I am in the restaurant. Its just an amazing place to stay.
