7 Days Premium Hotel at Icon Siam Station in Bangkok

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the extra charge imposed on us for a small stain found on the mattress during check-out.
The reason we did not raise this matter during check-in was because the stain appeared very minor, and at that time we were rushing out to attend a New Year’s countdown appointment. Over the following days of our stay, we were leaving early in the morning and returning late at night, and were extremely tired. Therefore, we did not request for housekeeping to clean or change the mattress, as we did not consider it a serious issue.
It was disappointing that this matter was later assumed to be entirely our responsibility simply because it was not reported during check-in. As a result, we were required to pay and settle the charge during check-out, despite being in a hurry to travel to another city in Thailand with a pre-booked driver waiting.
We feel this charge is unfair under the circumstances, and we hope the management can review this case more reasonably. We would appreciate your reconsideration or clarification on this matter.

I dont have any proof of photo due to check out and we didnt return the room.
