Nimit Boutique Hotel Collection in Bangkok

I would strongly recommend against anyone choosing this hotel as this is definitely the worst hotel stay that I ever had. This place simply has issues ranging from facilities , services to environment. We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights and decided to move out to another hotel after the first night. It is the start of our 2 week vacation and has definitely ruined our holiday in the start. This place is run more like an airbnb than a hotel. We arrived around 7pm with the hotel main door locked without staff in lobby and no guidance on self check in is provided until I call the number shown on the entrance. The room key card was misplaced in the check out box instead of the key box and it wasted us a lot of time to locate them by ourselves. Later during the night we realised there were no hot water for shower in both of the rooms we booked. No staff during night time in lobby and assistance is limited to WhatsApp message and staff was not helpful. There was smoke coming out from the hairdryer in one of the rooms. The room has sewage smell and the bed linens have stinky smell too. Even for request for wifi password we have to ask for a few times before we get a correct working one. In the middle of the night, there were loud noises coming from nearby room seeming to have party going on that disturbs our sleep. The location is within the red light district and is unsuitable for family stay.

The worst experience, ruined my vacation, I booked a single room with a living room , they upgraded my a place with 4 rooms and not convenient for me from living room to bedroom and without notice me ( which I feel it’s an irresponsible burden for me) and then they switched me to the original room without the curtain, which people definitely can see what I am doing. Even they fix the problem but still waste me a few hours and greedy to no refund. I feel I was forced to accept sth I didn’t buy and busy for all night for nothing. And the floor of the room is so wet.

To be honest, the front desk is great but the hotel is terrible
