Good location, close to Nana Plaza, not too noisy even though there are 24-hour stores nearby, reasonable price
I'm a bit worried about the towel falling out of the integrated toilet, it's quite slippery
For location very good
The front disk is good and helpful but they don't control the room service workers this is the main problem happend to me .the workers can open the room door anytime without permission & be aware to your luggage in the room .not safe
First the hotel downgraded me, even though they refunded the difference in price, I didn't think it was fair. On Sunday I put up a sign to have my room cleaned and they didn't. On Monday I put it up again and noticed that my neighbor had done the same. When I came back, they were cleaning his room. I went downstairs to wait for them to clean mine. I came back an hour later and they had cleaned his room and not mine.
Last week, I asked them to clean the room again, they did, but they didn't have the time to change the towels.
Besides, the room isn't really clean. They only clean where you can see it. Something I had fallen behind the bed and when I moved the bed, it was horrible because it was so dirty.
