The location is excellent, very close to the subway station. However, the only downside was the incredibly complicated Wi-Fi connection. It required a username and password that changed daily, meaning I had to update it every single day. Even after connecting, it would frequently disconnect, and each time I had to re-enter the username and password. Eventually, I just gave up and used my own data.

1. The room wasn't clean. There was even a bottle cap from the previous guest left by the door.
2. The duvet had yellow stains.
3. There were many small, ant-like bugs on the table.
4. The shower water wasn't hot at all.
5. The staff here acted as if I owed them money. Their expressions were the same whether I was checking in or leaving the hotel.
6. I specifically requested a quiet room in my Trip.com notes and booked in advance, yet they still assigned me a room close to the road. The roaring sound of motorcycles was too loud!!!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
Rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable.
Staff was friendly and always ready to help.

If you don't mind a bit of noise then it's a great place to stay. Near MRT Thapra which I took and changed onto airport rail link at Makgasan. There are a couple of 7Eleven nearby and local food places to try.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoy staying here. Importantly, the hotel is located near the railway. We can easily access the attraction.

The room and bathroom are spacious, with the bathroom being spotless and smelling great. When I entered the room, the linens and towels felt wonderfully warm. Although it's a bit far from tourist destinations I wouldn’t mind staying here again on my next trip. However, it's unfortunate that they don't offer Netflix or Disney. One more thing: the Wi-Fi was quite terrible. 😓

I can recommend this hotel. It was perfect for me. Check in was easy and it was possible to store the luggage there at the first and the last day because I arrived early in the morning on the first day and left Bangkok very late on the last day. The rooms are nice, quiet and clean. The bed is comfortable. There is a little cafe for breakfast around the corner. This hotel is located a bit outside of town but it is close to the blue metro line that takes you to all the important places quickly. I would stay there again.
