Facilities: Decent, has everything you'd expect.
Hygiene: The hotel is clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping whether you request it or not.
Environment: Not many tourist attractions nearby, but there's a shopping mall across the street, just a short walk away.
Service: Alright.

Overall, the stay has been pleasant.
There have been some problems with the internet, but they have always been willing to help. As far as I know, it is a temporary problem.
The restaurant is incredible. I have ordered many different dishes over the course of a week, and I have found them all to be excellent.
The staff have always treated me exceptionally well.
I will return every time I come to Bangkok.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights while having my LASIK eye surgery, as it is very close to Bangkok Eye Hospital. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It smells really good, even in the lobby. The location is very convenient—right in front of the second-hand clothing market, with 7-Eleven, food courts, and Makro all within walking distance. Chocolate Ville is only about a 10-minute drive away.

We're satisfy to stay there, as well the food suit our taste buds. The staff well are accomodating too.

I gave 2 stars for the local, amenities and facilities.
Need to stay in this area, and it seems to be the only hotel. So, I had no option. The hotel location is in the middle of nowhere. Nothing nearby, ideally for someone who comes for work occasionally, drive and go! No buffet or breakfast facilities. I haven't had a chance to try their food or room service as close most of the time. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room is large, roomy and clean. I stayed for 2 occasions. Price wasn’t cheap compared with other hotel. So, overall was a safe and happy stay.
