We recently spent 3 weeks here due to hospital visit. The hotel is perfectly situated near the hospital with a 24 hour buggy service. We had to go to emergency in the middle of night - no problem! We found the staff outstanding, empathy and help when needed - rooms very clean, again the housekeeping staff excellent!
The complimentary mini breakfast is a bonus as are the washing machines!
All in all what could have a nightmare for us turned into a good experience. We will be back - thank you for everything.

Excellent customer service. Room is always very clean and fully stocked with all the amenities. Access to the washer helps keep the laundry fresh and clean. Location next to Bangkok Hospital with complimentary shuttle service is wonderful! Overall, It’s a 10+ for Amp Am House!

We spent 8 nights here due hospital visit. Everything here was good. we had to check out at 2:30am due to our flight schedule. We checked out properly from the front desk, settling all our bills but I think there was no proper communication within them. The security guard wasn't informed about our departure and he kept us waiting outside saying he will cross check with the front desk. No one was there at the front desk, guard asked me to go up with him. I went and showed him the room card that was kept on the front desk . Only than he was convinced. It was bit annoying and I nearly missed my flight.

The hotel provides free shuttle to Bangkok hospital from 8am to 8pm. They will drop you off in front of designated hospital building you wish to go.

There are complimentary breakfast until 10am, providing toast, boiled eggs, bread, jam & butter, coffee & tea as well.

A fantastic place to stay if you’re using the hospital. Friendly staff, a golf cart to whiz you to the hospital and decent rooms.
It’s literally 100 steps to the international hospital and has a constant supply of ice, which was very useful.

This was my first time staying here and I'd love to say that I was highly impressed with the service I got. Comfortable bed, clean toilet, shower. Had a living room with kitchen and a small balcony. All were cleaned properly. " Warin" was there when we check-in. She was really sweet and helpful and very well spoken as well. Other staff members like- Shamshia, K and those 2 other wonderful ladies- all were very accomodating and kind. They used drop us to the hospital when ever we needed to go there. The hotel is located in a quiet place and the lobby is wonderfully decorated. There is a nice restaurant next to the restaurant " La mia". I enjoyed having food, beverage there I had stayed there for a month and enjoyed evwry bit of it.
