Clean hotel, in a quiet area, 24/7 reception. Close to tourist attractions.

There are 2 sides to this hotel Side B is ok and reasonable room with reasonable bathroom. Which our friends were in. Side A where we had a room was extremely tired. The bathroom window was broken and could not close. The shower could only be used by removing the shower head and holding by hand. The condition of the bathroom was very tired and old.. we tried to change rooms but hotel was full. You had to make your own tea in a plastic cup using a make shift kitchen on the ground floor.
Basically this hotel is for back packers who are on a tight budget. We paid more than what I would say is too much at £56/night. We changed our 1 night stay for a 4 star accommodation for more or less the same price. Staff were lovely and the hotel is spotless but I would say it’s a good bed for the night at a good location where attractions such as the Grand Pallace is walking distance

Great location in Chinatown, close to subway about a 10 minute walk. Nice large pool area. Nice outside seating area too. Laundry area. Comfy room. Would benefit from having a kettle in the room.

The main reason I chose this hostel was because of the location, it is actually very convenient to go anywhere from Khaosan road to Chinatown. The bad side was the fact that room had a moldy or “wet” smell throughout the whole stay, even though I turn on AC.

Overall good stay, nice rooms and facilities, good location. Cleaning was a bit random, sometimes we did not get the towels back and also we had a cockroach probably killed by the cleaning lady and left in the room.

Location is good. But! Not enough light in the room and toilet. No face tissue in room.

Lovely, affordable hostel in a relatively quiet area but still a central location. They have USB charging ports in the rooms and the air con works perfectly. Plenty of food and cafes nearby and the Wat Suthat temple is within walking distance - definitely recommend visiting! They provide you with a useful information leaflet and water that is replenished everyday.

If you are looking for a place outside the high rises that is in walking distance to major places and public transit- this is a winner. We had a private room for the three of us and booked the suv to and from the airport through them. Beds were very comfy, rooms were very clean. We did have a 4 floor walk up but made the AC even more amazing. Loved going to the cafe to start the day each morning. Staff was wonderful. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

By far my favourite hotel/hostel of my 3 months trip through Asia. The interior is very well decorated and well maintained. The room is nice with an amazing (seperated) shower. It is also very spacious with a nice bed and good airconditioning. The location is very nice, literally right around the corner of the famous Michelin star streetfood restaurant, but also reasonably close to many attractions and a 7-11. The staff is very friendly and the welcome drink, free water and some sweets is very nice. The laundry service is also excellent, a very good price and very fast. There is also a ton of recommendations and information about the city which is just wonderful. The cafe was not our favourite but there are plenty of options in the area. I definitely recommend this place!

I usually do not leave reviews, but I had to take the time to write this because I am beyond grateful for Niras Hostel. We had an amazing experience residing at Niras, truly everything from the room, to the amenities, and people were excellent. Specifically, Niras went above and beyond as I had lost my baggage upon arrival and when I asked for there assistance in terms of making arrangements of its arrival, Niras was extremely helpful and were kind to make arrangements on my behalf. Thank you Niras, you absolutely are the best hostel of all time and your hospitality is unmatched. Till next time!

Very nice hostel to stay for a few nights. The location is perfect. We had the private room, very clean and spacious. The hostel itself is very calm. We also liked their cafe. Good coffee and breakfast options. All very stylish in a retro theme.
