The room was small but very clean and comfortable. It's super convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Phrom Phong station and there's a Tops supermarket nearby. The air conditioner started with a roar like a sports car, but it quieted down after a while. I was a bit bothered that the body wash dispenser was empty.

Such a comfortable place to stay. All the staff were incredibly friendly, and it was such a calming experience for a solo traveler like me.
I really loved how peaceful the area was. There’s also a washing machine available for only 40 baht, which was super convenient.
Definitely will come back if I visit Bangkok again. Thank you! 🤍

The location is very nice! Many good restaurants around Promphon station. Hotel staffs are all nice. Although the hotel itself is old, considering the price it’s reasonable. Good for single travelers.

Good value for money, great location. Staff are very friendly.
However, the room is a little moldy and we encountered one large active cockroach in the bathroom during our stay. We had to chase it away using the bidet hose and it ran away down a hole in the wall/pipe. Would suggest for management to cover these gaps with netting to prevent such incidents.

This is my 3rd time in Arawana Express. The location is really great, just next to BTS station and Malls. 7/11 is just down the building. Specially thanks to Tik from housekeeping, she was so proactive and professional as she did her job without being asked. We just asked her to change the bed sheets, at that time she realised our AC was leaking and she just called someone to fix the AC directly. Thank you for fixing our AC, Wang from engineering. He was so polite and kind. Thanks to Meaw(manager) and Nwe(housekeeping) too. All the staff were so polite and helpful.

Stayed 5 nights here! Room actually is not as big as what pics show but its enough for 2 of US! If u r looking for a place with a decent small kitchen! This is THE ONE u r looking for!
Stuff are really friendly n helpful! Awesome location, about 3 mins walk to BTS!
If u got less than 2 ppl n dont really need a big space! Its a perfect place to stay!

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed on. Filthy, old, dilapidated, with an unpleasant smell. Not worth the penny. It’s like a cheap lodging house.

Room is good for 2 not too spacious but it’s fine for 1 night, the location is near in seven eleven so you can buy snacks and foods, the only thing I don’t like is when we book it indicated that there are soaps and shampoo and many more, but overall is good they have complete utensils (cup, plate, cooking pan, free coffee, electric kettle) fridge, and blower. The aircon also needed to fix.
