Good service and nice location

The room was excellent, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. It was clean and had all the amenities you could need. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, and it's easy to get around. I didn't take any photos, but it was truly great and beautiful!

4th floor and NO hot water for the shower for two days ! No Room service the first day ? I was changed to the 3rd floor with a different room shower was ok ! Generally the room was old and the Safe was broken and was changed bc it wasn’t bolted ? Not Safe ! No room service the next day ? Most of the staff was good except one Pearson that had made impossible and very rude ! Refused to give me his name ? You cant find the hotel bc the sign is totally faded ? All in all just bad experience! Don’t bother booking .

For the price point of about SGD 30-40 per night, this hotel is considered value for money and it’s great that it’s just 5 min walk to the nearest Macdonald’s

Pretty good, the owner was really nice. I messed up my booking, and they helped me change the dates, which I really appreciate. It's a bit far from the subway station, but still very good.

I booked this hotel in Bangkok through Ctrip, and the location was quite good, with plenty of food options right outside. The front desk service was excellent, and the room itself was very clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The space was quite generous, perfect for a solo traveler like me! 😊
