Very big and comfortable room, everything clean, has all the amenities, even a huge fridge. Super close to Chong Nonsi BTS station, and has lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Asked politely for a nice room with a view. The tv takes the view. The other window curtain won’t open. Mold in walls. Roof etc in bathroom. The only positive is the staff in the lobby and entrance. Also the breakfast was ok if you eat when they open or you will have leftovers. I’m sorry but this hotel is not a good hotel as it is now.

The hotel was just ok and deserve with the price for budget accommodation who doesn’t mind a room to stay or to crash or waiting for the flight departure. Staff are friendly but need to raise your voice little bit louder and I know an accent is difficulty but doesn’t harm u when u try to have a conversation or engage with the guest as u are a front line staff but all the rest is ok or maybe Hotel need to comply with any branch or refurbish a hotel as is look nice when u booked but when u see is just ok but understand with a price as u pay for a price and can’t complaint too much etc..

They upgraded my room, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff were all very helpful and easy to communicate with. A very pleasant trip.

The hotel is nicely built away from the Main Street, so at night it is very quiet (which is what I love about this place). It’s about 5min walk to the nearest BTS station, so travelers can easily move around Bangkok city.
The hotel staffs were super friendly.
There’s a McDonalds and 7-11 nearby (just around the corner) in case you need anything. There is also a morning market nearby with lots of street food.
Booking Grab bike or Grab car from the hotel lobby was super easy too.
Besides the pool, gym and sauna, there is a self-service laundry room in the hotel too. So it’s super convenient.
The hotel staffs were super friendly.

I've stayed here many times and I'm quite used to it. The location is excellent, and the service is friendly. This time, they even upgraded me to a suite for free, which I really appreciate! I am very satisfied! However, I do think I should point out an issue: why do all room types have a flaw in their bathroom design, either with the bathtub or the shower? After every shower, a lot of water always overflows onto the floor. This really ought to be addressed in the future.

I stayed alone in 12th floor. The cleaning lady was very accommodating and they do daily housekeeping which made my stay comfortable. The room i was in was quiet however during noon the heat really kicks in even at the corridor.

This is my third stay at this hotel. This year I stayed in a renovated room. I love the hotel's location, the warm welcome, the friendly and professional staff, the room's condition, the pool, and the overall atmosphere. There are self-service corners on each floor where you can pick up essential items or those you might run out of, from an iron to tea bags, at any time of day.

Tired property in a good location. Staff were friendly and it was clean and quiet. I’d stay here again if the price was right.
