incredible stay at this beautiful hotel. the room was so comfy, so cozy with the little bed nook. bed was like a cloud. staff was so friendly and tried their best with all our queries. i cannot wait to stay here again. i do hope construction is done the next time we return as that was a little annoying. overall, one of my fav boutique hotels

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite pleased with my experience overall. The location is absolutely ideal—close to key attractions and convenient for getting around, which made my trip much smoother.
One standout feature was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a nice variety, including several vegetarian options. This thoughtful touch made mornings easy and enjoyable. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the property; rooms and common areas were well kept and comfortable.
However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. On two occasions, I did notice a tiny cockroach in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing. While it didn’t ruin my stay, it’s worth being aware of. Additionally, the checkout time is fixed and the hotel wasn’t flexible on late checkout, though they do offer baggage storage, which was helpful for managing my departure.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its value and convenient location. If you’re looking for a clean and budget-friendly place with a solid breakfast offering, this is a great choice—just keep in mind the minor issues mentioned.

Not so good experience at Bonsai. A construction site is right under the building, it was so hard to find the way to the entrance and the construction noise was on going til late night and stayed in early morning, didn’t have a good sleep. Besides, I tried to ask for a late check out, staff said 12:40pm, but they cut all the power at 12:29pm…

The only regret I have is not booking this hotel for my entire stay in Bangkok! I stayed here for the last two days, and the service was truly top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to the receptionist who greeted me on arrival and to Mr. “S,” who assisted me on the way to the ARL.

After being disappointed with the previous two hotels I stayed at, I thought Thai hospitality had declined, but this hotel proved it’s alive and well. Exceptional service that goes above and beyond a typical 5-star experience. Huge thanks to all the staff!

I got the urban room, it might be strange but the window is facing the corridor which can be a little loud from other guest passing by and depending on on which room can be little noise from outside cars but during the night it was ok. Cleaning of the room was ok , tv is great,bed super soft I love it. Breakfast is pretty good. 7/11 and massages near by. Overall is a good place as a solo woman I felt safe. Stuffs are very friendly and helpful .

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and overall it's still pretty good. The lobby has a dedicated mezzanine lounge area with tea and snacks, and the front desk service is excellent. However, the room I was assigned this time had a rather strong sewage smell from the bathroom drain. Additionally, there was road construction outside the entrance, which made getting around a bit inconvenient. On the bright side, there's a 7-Eleven right next door, making it super easy to grab anything you need downstairs.

Can’t believe such great service still exists! 💯

Our group stayed here for 2 nights (16–19 Oct) during our Girls Special Thailand Tour with LTE Holidays Mumbai, and everything was just wonderful.

Fon and her team are truly amazing — always smiling, kind, and super professional. The restaurant staff deserves a special mention for their respectful and attentive service.

I had forgotten my luggage at the hotel while leaving for the airport, and their team went out of their way to help me. They coordinated through Grab and stayed in touch till I safely received my bag. That’s real hospitality!

Breakfast was delicious — especially loved the variety.
I’d recommend booking their balcony rooms for a better experience.

Only small suggestion: please add a few Indian breakfast options too 😊

Great location close to train, shopping and restaurants. Staff are amazing special call out to FON. When we arrived we had booked Urban room however when I saw the room I wanted one with window and balcony. FON immediately switched rooms. Also was very helpful and took care of us.

Couple of callouts to management
1. Bathrooms - shower either have panel door installed or have proper curtain. Water is flowing over to the floor

2. Breakfast - consider having good ratio of western to eastern food. Here it's more eastern which made it difficult to eat.

Other than this no complains great place if you prefer room with window and balcony do not pick Urban

The room was clean and nicely designed, though a bit compact. I actually bumped into the corner of the bed three times. Despite the ongoing construction right outside the entrance, the noise was surprisingly not an issue, and the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs. The staff were friendly and always smiling, never intrusive, which made for a very relaxed and comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient, with a 7-Eleven right next door and the Airport MRT A7 station just across the street.
