The air conditioning unit is poorly positioned; it blows directly onto you.

In the last few years I often booked this hotel, and it’s really amazing.
The rooms are pretty big, super clean and really comfortable.
The staff is really amazing, and it what make me feel like I want to back again and again and again in this hotel.
The last time I also spoke with the manager about a mistake I did with my reservation, and she solve my problem in no time.
I would like to say thank you to all the people who work there, and I suggest to everyone to book this hotel to have an amazing experience

The hotel facilities are a bit old, which is acceptable considering it's not too far from the city center. However, it's quite a walk to the subway, at least 20 minutes. Also, the breakfast is heavily geared towards Western tastes, probably because there are a lot of Western guests, but they should also consider Asian guests. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, and there aren't any Thai or Asian-style breakfast options at all. I suggest adding some local breakfast elements, like noodle soup.

Facilities: The amenities are quite complete.
Hygiene: Decent.
Environment: It's located in an alley.
Service: Alright. I stayed for two nights, but there was no king-size bed, so it was two twin beds pushed together. The room isn't very spacious and has a slight odor.

The biggest plus was the convenient location, as I wanted to stay in Silom. The shower had hot and cold water instantly. The facilities might be a bit dated, but for around 400 baht, it's comparable to a Home Inn in China, so I can't be too picky. The only downside was the unpleasant smell from the bathroom drain.

I spent 17 nights at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my choice for a remote work and vacation stay. The room has a spacious desk where I could work comfortably, and the internet speed was consistently fast. The bed was also very comfortable. I had no trouble falling asleep at all. I’d say it’s on par with the bed at Parkroyal Collection Pickering in Singapore. The room was clean and a decent size, and the shower had strong water pressure. Locationwise, it’s about a 20-minute walk to Sala Daeng BTS or Lumphini MRT. While it may not be very close to public transport for some, one of the best things about the location is that it’s surrounded by many great restaurants to suit different budgets. In fact, the best Pad Thai I’ve ever had is just a five-minute walk from the hotel.Special thanks to Mr. Kelly from the reception team for providing exceptional service and helping me with any issues during my stay.

The staff and the overall service are spectacular, that truly make your stay a pleasant experience. However, the pillows are old and smell like sweat and the ac makes noises all night, even when off. The place just needs better maintenance, but the service compensates well.

We usually stay at a different hotel in the area it have this one a go after seeing it on Agoda. Check in was easy, parking was fine, the staff were very polite, like genuinely polite, rather than looking forced, and the room was great. No noise from the street on our Saturday stay, hot water and pressure was good in the bathroom, and the air conditioning worked quietly and well. The view from the swimming pool is great at night as things light up. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area.

Best I can describe is average in everything except a cool swimming pool on roof (8th floor).

There are some massages and restaurants in the area. Blue metro line and green sky train is about 15min walk.
