Tough one. Staff really nice. Being kind in my grading because hotel itself and staff not a problem. I didn’t like it where I couldn’t leave my bag for a day. They do not post online if room is free during new year. Hotel choice but I wasn’t sure when to be back in a specific day. Where is the no disturb sign??

5-day stay in Marsi Hotel overall happy even though no have a swimming pool or gym but environment far from noise, so all good, and easy to get everything :)

Room is big and great, simple hotel without much facilities but rate is very reasonable. good quite locality away from Bkk traffics. Good rate for long stay.

The front desk staff lacked any sense of service; it seemed like there was no manager or owner on-site to train them, as they clearly didn't know how to interact with guests. The room facilities were old, and the air conditioning was incredibly noisy, rumbling all night long. Being right by a main road made it even louder. They didn't even provide toothbrushes. It's very far from the metro station and even further from the city center, making it extremely inconvenient to get around. There are very few dining options nearby, mostly just small, dingy eateries.

Everything is good, clean, but the toilet doesn't flush.

Location is far away from bts and mrt.
Room A/C is loud and need to open all the time since it’s mold smell. Hotel is quite old and not renovate.
Marsi hotel at Sukhumvit 62 is better choice than this hotel. At heavy raining day, there’s flood at 101/1 soi(at front of hotel ).

Hotel location is outside from traffic area and easy access to BTS and a few malls nearby too. Local market is within walking distance
