Brilliant and clean small Hotel on quiet street not far away from BTS. They also provide drop off at ASOK. The staff is very friendly.

Everything is fine, room was clear, staff was nice. Location a bit far from metro, but hotel offers a shuttle if u need. Can recommend

The area is perfect for a lovely quiet stay , not far from Nana plaza and Terminal 21, the staff is great , they’re very friendly and helpful. The room itself was magnificent, felt more like a home than a hotel.

Probably Best bed in BKK location on a very quiet street.close to everything you need.

Cons

The rooms are very outdated. Furniture, walls, corners, and the bathroom show visible wear and damage. The rooms clearly need renovation.

The photos on the listing do not reflect the current condition of the rooms. They look much newer than they actually are.

A stove was listed as an amenity, but in reality it was not usable -- it was covered with a fixed wooden panel and could not be opened.

There is no tea or coffee in the room, despite a coffee machine being shown in the photos. Tea is available at the reception during daytime only.

The air conditioner is very noisy. It is controlled via a wall panel (no remote control) with limited settings, and even on the lowest mode the noise is noticeable.

There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so steam stays in the room after showering unless the door is opened.

The TV offers only Thai channels. There is no Smart TV and no option to connect a phone.

The kitchen area has a sink, cabinets, and basic dishes, but it is not functional due to the lack of a stove.

Despite cleaning, the room looks visually worn because of the overall condition of the walls and ceiling.

Pros

The bed is comfortable, with two pillows per person.

Clean bed linen.

The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure.

The room includes a new hairdryer, a refrigerator, dishes, and cutlery.

There is a balcony facing the courtyard, where smoking is allowed.

The staff were polite and helpful. The receptionist spoke good English and explained everything clearly, and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly.

The hotel provides a golf cart shuttle to nearby shopping malls.

The location is convenient, close to M-Sphere, Emporium, and the M District, which was the main reason we chose this hotel.

Overall

Suitable for a short stay of one night.
The main drawback is the outdated rooms and mismatch with the photos.
The location and staff are the hotel's strongest points.

Minusy

Nomera silno ustarevshie. Mebel, steny, ugly i vannaya s potyortostyami i skolami, trebuetsya obnovlenie i remont.

Fotografii na sayte ne sootvetstvuyut tekushchemu sostoyaniyu nomerov: vyglyadyat novymi, togda kak po faktu nomera davno ne obnovlyalis.

V nomere byla zayavlena plita, no fakticheski ona otsutstvovala -- byla zakryta i zafiksirovana derevyannoy panelyu, vospolzovatsya eyu nevozmozhno.

V nomere net chaya i kofe, nesmotrya na to, chto na fotografiyah prisutstvuet kofemashina. Chay mozhno vzyat na resepshene v dnevnoe vremya.

Konditsioner shumnyy, rabotaet bez perenosnogo pulta, upravlenie osushchestvlyaetsya s nastennogo bloka s ogranichennym kolichestvom rezhimov. Dazhe na minimalnom rezhime shum zametnyy.

V tualete net vytyazhki, posle dusha par ostayotsya v komnate, uhodit tolko pri otkrytoy dveri.

Televizor pokazyvaet tolko tayskie kanaly, Smart TV otsutstvuet, podklyuchenie telefona nevozmozhno.

Kuhonnaya zona oborudovana rakovinoy, shkafchikami i posudoy, no nefunktsionalna iz-za otsutstviya plity.

Iz-za obshchego iznosa poverhnostey nomer vizualno vyglyadit neakkuratno, nesmotrya na uborku.

Plyusy

V nomere est novyy fen, holodilnik, posuda i stolovye pribory.

Vezhlivyy i otzyvchivyy personal: devushka na resepshene horosho govorit po-angliyski i podrobno vsyo obyasnyaet, gornichnye takzhe ostavili priyatnoe vpechatlenie.

Predostavlyaetsya golf-kar transfer do blizhayshih torgovyh tsentrov.

Udobnoe raspolozhenie ryadom s M-Sphere, Emporium i M-kvartalom, chto bylo osnovnoy prichinoy vybora otelya.

Podhodit dlya kratkoy ostanovki na odnu noch.
Osnovnoy minus -- silno ustarevshie nomera i nesootvetstvie fotografiyam.
Raspolozhenie i personal -- silnye storony otelya.

It's a very nice place! ~10 min walk to the main street, two minutes to 7/11 and a couple of breakfast &lunch coffee shops. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, there's free self-service laundry room and free coffee in the lobby. Definitely recommended ✓

Hotel was good, the rooms are clean, the staffs was friendly and attentive to my needs when I required. Overall is good except for the location.
