Vince Hotel Pratunam in Bangkok

The location is great n safe. If you arrive at night and take a train from the airport, don't worry about the alley where you walk to take the buggy is full of light. It's a bit quiet but not scary. Hotel serve Muslim friendly breakfast which it's a plus sign for me. Take the buggy to the main road walk about 5mins and you reach Platinum Mall, there's a link bridge you can walk to Central Mall, Siam Paragon and MBK. So if it's raining don't worry at all. But of course you can always take the train, grab, bolt and tuktuk. Pratunam market is about 5mins walk. You can take the hotel buggy to and fro. 24hrs service buggy.

My 2nd time here . They even decorated our room for our anniversary and gave us early check in . Costume photography is my priority and we managed to book a last min slot . The breakfast is really very nice and many varieties to choose from . Will be back again .

We selected Vince hotel based on customers reviews. Overall great amenities, services. Vince also provided apple juice, water at lobby. In room also provided more water bottles which better than many same class hotels. The breakfast also good variety of choices, even though 5 of us only 3 used the breakfast, but still worth it for the money we paid for 5. The buggy service also great, we used daily for total 3 nights. The drinks or food price at the restaurant and rooftop bar are very reasonable. I would stay here again.

All good. If food provided can be more variety will be better. And supper time may be can extend to 12am.

Close to Phaya Thai Station (ARL and BTS), located in an alley but very convenient with a shuttle service to the main road. The staff are all very friendly and polite. Some front desk staff speak Chinese. The room is spacious enough, with a vanity/desk and a small round table. The bathroom is a bit small, with a 90cm square shower stall and an angled door. Self-service laundry is 80 baht for washing and 80 baht for drying, which is handy. Besides a rich breakfast, there's also a free late-night snack.

The hotel overall is very good. Even though location wise not next to train station, BTS. Makes it up with 24h buggy service, free popcorn and drink at lobby. Room wise very decent and spacious. No bathtub so its ok. Overall, very good experience. Free supper for dinner.

The hotel location is a bit far, but overall the stay was acceptable. The buggy service was generally fine, though during peak hours we had to wait. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the complimentary head massage and photo-taking services. We tried the night supper once; despite using the queue pager, we still waited about 15–20 minutes. The room was okay, however the shower area drainage was not good even after staff attempted to clear it. The corridor also had a slight unpleasant smell. Our request for early check-in was not granted, and late check-out was only extended until 1pm, not the 2pm stated on the website. The breakfast hall was crowded and the food selection was average. Overall, it was an average stay experience.

Vince is a hotel and worth for money . This is the first hotel which has free supper and this is definitely great especially after a whole day of shopping and walk.
They also have free buggy , pop corn and apple juice drink to comfort all customers
The Thai traditional costume phot session was a great experience. Great thanks to Mild and Nam that very helpful and patience through out the whole session. Very experiance and they speak good english too. I am really surprise that this free photo session makes our journey memorable.

overall was a good stay. bf and supper were included & quite ok. spread changes abit day to day. rooms were nice and clean. but corridors had a smell.

Overall, this hotel offers good value for money and really grows on you. It features a rooftop pool and terrace, and the breakfast on the 1st floor is absolutely superb with a wide variety of choices. They also provide a 24-hour shuttle service to the metro station.

**Location:** The hotel entrance isn't directly on the main street; it's tucked away in an alley opposite Platinum Market. However, the overall location is quite convenient, within walking distance to Central World, Big C, and both Ratchathewi and Phaya Thai Airport Rail Link metro stations.

**Breakfast:** The breakfast is fantastic, with a great selection of both Chinese and Western options, and the food tastes really good.

**Layout:** The hotel lobby and rooms are on the smaller side, which might be a bit disappointing upon arrival. However, once you settle in, you'll find everything to be very practical. Despite the small size, the rooms are well-equipped and don't lack anything.

The rooftop pool and terrace are a highlight; you can lie there in the evening and enjoy the night view, which is quite relaxing.

**Service:** The staff are generally friendly and provide good service.
