Very nice hotel. Cheap. Good food. Cute design. Very clean. Complete items inside room.

Just a comment about the hotel lobby: there were lots of mosquitos when we came in around midnight. Maybe the hotel should put a mosquito killing device.

The room was cleaned very thoroughly every day.

This hotel has a lot of character! It's excellent value for money. The breakfast for 330 THB was just okay, though. The front desk service was decent, but the balcony door couldn't be locked, and they spent ages trying to fix it without success. There were no other rooms available, so I just made do for five nights. However, there's a restaurant nearby called 'City Kitchen' with amazing seafood chow mein and dry-fried beef noodles!

4 stars, not 5 stars.

Here’s why:
This hotel is very pet friendly. I do not like pet friendly hotels, too much barking and the possibility of fleas or ticks or bed bugs in the room. 🤨

Pet friendly hotels attract families, noisy kids screaming and crying for all 3 days of my stay. Parents need to control their children. Staff need to approach families and ask them to take the screaming and obnoxious children outside.

Breakfast was below average, staff seem to be angry to assist customers.
Coffee is mediocre. 🤨

On the good side, it’s a beautiful clean hotel with an artsy movie theme.
The rooms are large and spacious.
The room has a hotpot and tea bags, no coffee mixes, no cream, and no sugar. Only tea, no coffee or cream, kinda odd.
There is no mini bar with snacks or drinks in the room, but they still insist on a 1000 baht deposit 🤔, which I found very odd.

I only recommend this hotel for people with pets and parents with misbehaving children. 😂

Location is far from the metro, about 1.5km. Lots of street food and hot pot restaurants nearby, a 7-11 about 250 meters.

Air conditioning in the room was new and worked well.
Bathroom had good hot water.
Room has nice balcony.

I got the king executive room on 2nd floor.

Fantastic little boutique hotel. Rooms were clean and well serviced, 20 seconds walk from the beach.

Nice cozy hotel in a back alley of the town . Room are spacious tv channel just updated with more channel to watch air conditioning need an upgrade .

Why are the best hotel in Bangkok? Great location great price clean great service great food nothing more to ask for perfect.
