The best day I had in Bangkok ever renting this accommodation on Airbnb. The host was amazing. When their water heater blew, he immediately replaced it when the same day that parking was clean, spectacular, had everything it needed, and before I arrived, they called the temperature in the room to cool down. I feel the owner is one of the best Airbnb service providers. I have met in the past four years especially in Thailand the location is perfect because it’s right near the nightlife, gay clubs and bars and saunas. It is within a walking distance to bus stops and 2 BTS stations. There couldn’t be any better locations any better Apartment for the price I was offered

A simple hotel with very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. A great location near local market, cafes, department stores and a BTS station. Lovely staff.

Great location. Close walk to the trains, and to the Main Street where all the food and people are. There’s also a 7/11 and washer/dryer at the door step. Easy to check in and to check out. Room is not too bad, I was in 404. It’s not completely noise sealed as I can hear the lift and other people doors slamming. However great and comfortable bed and duvet, super soft. Amazing nice and cold aircon also, along with the huge space of a room. Also love the massive windows and natural light.
I did think that the price could have been a little lower but overall, mostly a great and convenient stay!

Not the most updated and new hotel of the area but very clean. Room was quite spacious and with basic amenities including hairdryer and safe. TV but with only Thai channels with Thai subtitles…
Bed is comfy, linen got better days, only 2 pillows. Wifi is great.
AC is inverter and quite noisy and weird… too cold or too stuffy when adjusting.
Polite service. Water dispenser at the lobby including some coffee sachets.
Great location and quiet area.

Location (7/10): On small alley but near a good size weekday market.

Entrance (8/10): Nice and clean with few small trees and plants

Service (2/10): Being someone who has spent more than 50% of past 20 years at hotels, i really don't remember anything as low as this before.

Events:
Check-in time is 2pm, we didn't get our room until 3pm.
We booked a 35sqm Superior room online. However, the room was depressingly small, around 20sqm. When asked them about that, they said it is 35.
I asked to upgrade to a bigger room since we were staying for 2 weeks, but the price they offered was actually for a new room Not upgrade.

Cleaning service is only offered once a week, our room was cleaned on 8th day.

Cable TV was not working, but they fixed it the next day, so this is a plus i guess.

It is very close to BTS, eating areas and malls. Despite being near the busy area it is located in a secluded lane with not much noise. Its perfect place if you want quiet yet near to the shopping,sightseeing and mainly BTS!
