Very funny and friendly hotel staff

The hotel is clean they’re gonna clean your room every day. The location is very good everything you want to buy for souvenirs you can see it already outside in the hotel also near to 7/11.

The location was really good. If you want to go shopping, just go out of the hotel. But I was not satisfied with the service especially during the breakfast. The service crews, I think, can better improve how they deal with their customers to avoid being rude. Also, I think they can improve more on their facilities - the phone in the room is not working, toiletries and other things were limited. We were a family of 3 but the body shower or the shampoo given is only 1 bottle each. But plus points for them for the water refilling.

Budget Hotel nearby Suvarnabhumi Airport, it takes 15 minutes by Car. The hotel provide pick up and drop off to Suvarnabhumi Airport, it cost 200 Bath.

Constructive feedback:

The hotel is conveniently located near Pratunam Market for taxis, but the surrounding area is a bit chaotic. There's ongoing road construction, leading to heavy traffic. Getting to attractions like the Grand Palace requires a taxi.

The showerhead was damaged where it connected to the pipe, causing leaks. Also, the bedding was yellowish and didn't seem very clean.

The soundproofing in the room was also quite poor. In the mornings, you could clearly hear other guests coming and going and talking loudly.

Since I booked the hotel so close to New Year's Day, there weren't many good options available. For over 600 baht a night, the overall value for money at this hotel was pretty mediocre.

Positive aspects:

The hotel's front desk and staff were all very nice. I was able to store my luggage before check-in, and they even helped carry it. Their consistently friendly and smiling service made the stay very comfortable and pleasant, which are definitely commendable points.

The hotel's downtown location means soundproofing isn't great. Getting a taxi or driving to the entrance is quite a hassle; the street is narrow and crowded, making transportation inconvenient. Room cleanliness and front desk service are decent, but the facilities are very outdated, which is to be expected from a decades-old hotel.

Good location. Full of shopping and food just in front of hotel entrance. Pratunam night market just few min waking distance.
