Centre Point Plus Hotel Pratunam in Bangkok

Center Point Plus has always been my go-to hotel when we visit bkk. The room is spacious , hotel staff are polite and helpful . The amenities may have wear and tear over years. Overall nice experience.

We stayed in a 2 double-bed room, and the room was surprisingly huge, clean, and well-maintained — very comfortable for family travel. The room felt fresh, and housekeeping was quick to respond whenever we had any concerns, which we really appreciated.
The concierge service stood out. Despite the constant crowd and many guests checking in and out, the staff remained friendly, efficient, and always greeted us with a smile — something Singaporeans will definitely notice and appreciate.
Traffic around Pratunam was quite bad, and the hotel being located along a smaller lane didn’t help. That said, this is fairly common for Bangkok hotels, so it wasn’t entirely unexpected.
One nice surprise was having a microwave in the room (not sure if all rooms have it), which was perfect for heating up late-night supper — a big plus for families or those who like to snack.
Overall, this is a very suitable hotel for families, offering spacious rooms, good service, and a convenient location for shopping and exploring the Pratunam area. A solid and practical choice for Bangkok stays.

Total 5 people went for the trip, so booked this presidential suite which consists 2 single bed plus one king bed. There are two sofa beds in each room, suitable for child because of the shorter length. The room is newly refurbished. Room rate is reasonable with such settings, the bathroom can be better (leakage in the shower). Many restaurants and massage parlours, hair and nail salons nearby the property, not near to BTS so be prepared for a lot of walking, traffic is busy…

The room very big . At first they give me room 1815 is a corner room . before that I have request non smoking room. When I reach the room really have a bad smoking smell . The receptionist also help me quickly change the room to lower floor 512 .View is swimming pool . The smoking smell also have but I tied to complain and need time to change room against. Sound insulation equipment not so good.surrounding location is very good.suitable for me shopping and walking.

Good central location with lots of easy access to shopping malls, massage & good food. Room is bright and beautiful now after their renovation. Hotel staff were warm welcoming and kind. They gave us a change of room on after our second night due to the noisy road construction works. Will definitely be back again!

If you are travelling to Thailand with a big family for the first time, then I definitely recommend staying at this hotel for an exceptional service. I have plenty of appreciation for the staff who have made this experience amazing for my family and going over and beyond for our stay.

In fact, during our breakfast in the lobby, one of my family members accidentally left one of their precious belongings on the plate which the staff picked up when cleaning our tables. We tried to find it in one of the bins with the staff helping us but couldn’t find it. We were okay with just leaving it be and told the staff that it is okay since they were extremely remorseful despite it not being their fault. But not even 1 or 2 hours later, a staff member came up to our room and returned it fully cleaned and sterilised! Genuinely, we were so touched with the kind actions from the staff because they took the time to look for something so small in the garbage bag and returned it safely back to us, despite not needing to. We give our extreme gratitude for Kwan and Janny for their exceptional service and dedication for helping us during this situation. Thank you so much!

Furthermore, the breakfast itself is also delicious! There are many vegetarian options to choose from and the staff also provide takeaway boxes if you want to bring food upstairs for someone else in your room. The rooms itself are also very comfortable and provide enough space to walk around and relax as freely as possible. The view from the balcony is also stunning to look at throughout the day!

There are many more positives I could mention about the hotel but none of them would be possible without the hospitality of the staff who have contributed to this glowing review of the hotel. Even if you aren’t experienced in Thai, the staff try their best to communicate with you regardless of language barrier. Overall, me and my family appreciate this hotels service and staff for their exceptional hospitality and sincerely grateful to them for making the trip to Thailand an amazing experience.

Initially got problem looking for this hotel. The location is near to another hotel. Find this hotel clean and bright. 7-11 is just near the side entrance. Good taste Wanton noodle stall is nearby. Opposite there is a new Big C.

My early check-in was fufil 1 hour in advance which i had request prior to my trip. As for the breakfast, tried on the last day, food spread variety is there. Overall, very happy with my stay here. Will come back n recommend to others.
