Very cozy and comfortable place. Lots of amenities for its price, wifi works great, friendly staff, roku tv set up, strong air conditioner, and fan available. There is balcony access as well! Makes you wonder how they fit so much in a compact space while still giving you plenty of room to move around! I am tall and things are built kind of small and stairs were tricky with my feet had to walk a bit sideways and occasionally duck. But bed is spacious all the amenities are more than accessible at any height. A lovely rustic interior that meets modern art and functionality!

Sadly outside can be a bit noisy, but that's not the hotels fault.

Honestly cant complain about the room nor the lack of elevator, cause I know what to expect at this price point. Room was acceptable, all amenities were present and most importantly clean.

HOWEVER. "reception" hours are not as advertised. Had a extremely hard time checking in, even though i made sure i arrived within the hours. Had to wait pretty long in a questionable alley. A neighbour fromthe next door building (who only speaks Thai) tried to help but obviously it was extremely hard to communicate. And somehow this nice elderly neighbour was the one who checked me in (despite not being an owner nor a staff) after a stressful conversation made up of mostly hand gestures.

2nd story walk up. Towels were wet as if somebody already used them. Secret door that went ...somewhere.very noisey. Over a kilometer from any metro.

When I arrived at the accommodation, the gate was broken, so I was given a place to stay next door, a dormitory called My Home, without any additional charges.

it appropriate everything on the price, it's very cheap for traveler who need to save money when you want to stay in Bangkok for long.

It is in an alley but not too far. There is a 7-Eleven and a restaurant nearby. The entrance is a bit narrow, but the room is not that narrow.

The only downside is that I have to keep informing them when the cleaning can be done, even though they were informed when I checked in that the housekeeper would come every two days. If they don't inform me, they won't come.
