The room I got was not what I booked. I wasn't informed about the change. On the second day, I was upgraded to a triple room. However, I had already agreed with the front desk on the first day to pay 300 THB for an upgrade, but on the second day, a different staff member tried to charge me 400 THB. What's going on?

In the middle of the party scene, but also close to other, very nice areas of that part of the city! Kind and attentive staff. Clean place. A bit loud though during the nights due to the party street in front of the hotel.

Environment: Incredibly noisy, the downstairs bar was still loud at 5 AM, literally making my heart pound. Plus, the soundproofing is terrible.
Amenities: Absolutely nothing – no toothbrush, just a single bar of soap, and the bath towels were really worn out.
Service: The front desk staff didn't understand Chinese, but their service attitude was decent.

The room was clean and comfortable. We asked for a quiet room and the stuff gave it to us. Don't complain about loud noises and the smell of **** if you know where you're going, guys :)

It’s a good hotel in relation to quality price but if your plan is to sleep early it’s not ideal because you can hear a lot of the noise from the surrounding bars

The Hotel has a great location and the rooftop is great. I can’t say anything bad the only thing is the internet connection. It works pretty good, but sometimes the codes are not working and you have to tipp it in every time

Right on khao san road! If you don't like to party don't stay here as is its loud all night long!!
Great service, great rooftop pool. Close to everything!

One the best hotel in this area. The service is very good, everyday cleaning the rooms and changing towels. It has pool, bar and restaurant on the top floor. Very friendly people and easy to communicate with.

The hotel needs a good cleaning us So loud from the street,you can't sleep and they party until 4am in the morning.
I will never stay here again.
