I had a great stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish, which really made the experience enjoyable. The room itself was very nice and spacious, with a separate living area, a kitchen, and a balcony that was a great bonus. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The café on site was also very good and convenient, with quality food and drinks. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I had the most pleasant experience visiting this Ramada location. The warmth I’ve experienced will absolutely be remembered and I will always book with this location when I’m in the area. Front desk staff was excellent the minute I walked in. She helped me with my things meeting me at the door as I had a bit of luggage with me, and from the beginning of our interaction until the minute I checked out, she exceeded my expectations.
I’m traveling to another city for an excursion for my birthday and didn’t want to travel with all my luggage. I asked if they would store them for me just about 2 days and she said yes. This lifted so much pressure off me and made things so much easier for me.
Breakfast was excellent with great service. The shuttle service took me to get some fruits at night as I was feeling a little famished from my daily activities.
I was helped with my bags to my room and also back to the front desk area when I was checking out.
I’ve been in Thailand for around a month and the experience here warmed my heart.
Keep offering wonderful service and the word is definitely going to spread to others. I know I will be directing everyone I know visiting Bangkok to stay here. Thanks for your excellent service.

Stayed 1 night at this hotel.
They provided good services at highly reasonable price. Breakfast was not bad. And Mr.Ball at the front desk, he was very polite.
Only one thing that I'd like to ask them to improve is the cleanliness. The bed sheet was covered with dust. There was someone's body hair left in the bathtub. And a cleaning lady, she left trails of water on the stairway.
Anyway it was an okay place to stay at a reasonable price. 3 stars for the place, 5 stars for Mr.Ball!!

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well‑located, but it was Ball’s exceptional service that made my stay five stars. I would highly recommend the Ramada to anyone visiting Thailand, and I’ll definitely return knowing that such outstanding staff are there to welcome me again.

I had a great time during my stay. The room was quite comfy and large for one or two people. However it’s very clear the property is quite old and the wear and tear is noticeable. There were some slight issues with cleaning and not restocking amenities when we stayed there but it was nothing major. Staff is really nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was alright, definitely a little small. I think some renovation of the property would really help improve the experience.

We stayed at Ramada for four days.

My first impression was that it’s a bit old. However the amenities are great! We had free breakfast and it tasted good! We tried different things everyday.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. They gave us advice on how to get around.

The hotel is located at a small alleyway, there’s no 7-11 nearby but if you walk about 10 mins, you’ll find some bars and restaurants.

Highly recommend trying Here Hai, it’s a Michelin Star Restaurant, about 8 mins away.

Great hotel big room with the kitchen absolutely suitable for a long stay but we had a quick step -over , breakfast was delicious too ,

Place was bit dirty, and not so well maintained. Room was clean enough but some bathroom fittings are rusty and doesn't work.

Bit far away from MRT and railway link.Free shuttle doesn't start early.
