I had a great stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish, which really made the experience enjoyable. The room itself was very nice and spacious, with a separate living area, a kitchen, and a balcony that was a great bonus. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The café on site was also very good and convenient, with quality food and drinks. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Im in shock about the state of this hotel. It is extremely run down and filthy. Was brought to my room late at night and noticed the bed was full of hair so obviously sheets weren’t changed at all. Got offered another room and „an upgrade to make up for the inconvenience“. The new room looked exactly the same. I opened the toilet cover and it was extremely dirty. Upon a second look I noticed it’s actually infested with worms swimming in the toilet water and and on the sides of the bowl. Overall the rooms were also not clean, extremely run down with damaged floors, doors, filthy old couch and chair and overall looked like it should have been renovated 15 years ago.
The offered to clean it but I decided I could not stay 1 night there so I found a different place.

I had the most pleasant experience visiting this Ramada location. The warmth I’ve experienced will absolutely be remembered and I will always book with this location when I’m in the area. Front desk staff was excellent the minute I walked in. She helped me with my things meeting me at the door as I had a bit of luggage with me, and from the beginning of our interaction until the minute I checked out, she exceeded my expectations.
I’m traveling to another city for an excursion for my birthday and didn’t want to travel with all my luggage. I asked if they would store them for me just about 2 days and she said yes. This lifted so much pressure off me and made things so much easier for me.
Breakfast was excellent with great service. The shuttle service took me to get some fruits at night as I was feeling a little famished from my daily activities.
I was helped with my bags to my room and also back to the front desk area when I was checking out.
I’ve been in Thailand for around a month and the experience here warmed my heart.
Keep offering wonderful service and the word is definitely going to spread to others. I know I will be directing everyone I know visiting Bangkok to stay here. Thanks for your excellent service.

Stayed 1 night at this hotel.
They provided good services at highly reasonable price. Breakfast was not bad. And Mr.Ball at the front desk, he was very polite.
Only one thing that I'd like to ask them to improve is the cleanliness. The bed sheet was covered with dust. There was someone's body hair left in the bathtub. And a cleaning lady, she left trails of water on the stairway.
Anyway it was an okay place to stay at a reasonable price. 3 stars for the place, 5 stars for Mr.Ball!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Ramada in Thailand. - Good service
- Quite small and tight space for an apartment room type, no table top to place luggage, must put on the floor which make the room even tighter.
- Good location although the Soi Ekkamai 10 is not suitable to walk as there is no space for pedestrian.
- Quiet room, and clean.
- Cheap, full feature room with electric stove top, microwave, and small oven. Even have small bath tub and washing machine on the terrace. - Can sustain a monthly stay if needed.
- Slow internet and Wifi signal is abysmal (8th fl. has only 1-2 intermittent signal bars)
- Room condition is full of wears and tears. Vinyl floor boards are shifting out of places. Furniture's edges and corners are chipped or with holes here and there. Sofa cushion and spring is worn out, you can feel the hard uneven broken springs when sitting on it. The springs in the bed mattress are also worn out. The bed seems to have hole in the middle, given an uncomfortable feeling after woken up in the morning. The shower glass door is somewhat stuck halfway, we cannot swing it open all the way. We have to slide ourselves into the shower sideway, quite funny to see that. TV and the remote are not very responsive to one another. Room's door uses physical conventional key and has no double lock nor door's chain as extra security.
Can hardly say that we'll stay there again given the Cons that we found as there are several more competitive choices in the area.

I stayed in Movenpick the week before and there were advantages for both. Here didn't have a washing machine but was closer to everything on Ekamai. Still, very close to 5 stars.

Modern, stylish and very comfortable rooms with everything you might need: fridge, microwave, electric stove and even toaster. Two TVs and two aircons. Shuttle bus service is pretty handy when you need to do some grosseries.

Nice staffs, Clean, very quite, good price, nice and modern.
I loved it here, even the location cause we only stayed here for 3nights to go to the bangkok mikkeller so it was perfect for us.
Only 4mins walking to the mikkeller.
If you just wanna travel around bangkok then it might not be the best place to stay at :)
Every 30mins, they have free shuttle to the Big C and ekkamai bts so its not to bad if you decided to stay here.
I loved it here, even the location cause we only stayed here for 3nights to go to the bangkok mikkeller so it was perfect for us.

I love this place, I stayed for a short time but I really feel like home. I've a small kitchen, living room and bed room are separated. very convenient and quiet. Swimming pool and small fitness on the 8th floor. Good location many restaurants and cafeterias. ( I recommend Featherstone cafe just 5min walk ) this place is 1.5 km. far from BTS Ekkamai station or around 15min walk. I'm an active person so I feel good to walk even they have a free shuttle car go to Big C ( supermarket ) and BTS.
I love cooking, exercising, exploring new restaurants and shopping. everything is perfect for me all what I need is here.
