Took my family with to Thailand to celebrate my birthday, stayed and Bandara and LOVED IT. Staff was great and so kind. Room was huge had the family residence suite with balcony. Area around hotel very nice and clean. All the malls not a far grab ride away. Just walking distance up the street try “The Spotted Pig” great Mexican food. Doing your laundry at the hotel is a bit pricey. I washed 2 times not paying attention it adds up. Just be mindful. When we come back we are staying at Bandara again.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is quite convenient — not far from the city center — although it would have been nice to have a few more shops or convenience stores directly around the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable.The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

The only thing I would suggest is improving the breakfast options, as I found the selection a bit limited.

Overall, it was a great experience

A great hotel with good rooms, great staff and a 8h00-22h00 shuttle to take anywhere nearby.
Pool area is nice with Sauna too.
Only disappointment is the lack of a breakfast buffet and what is offered is at a high cost. So better to eat elsewhere

Fantastic hotel. Well located near Silom. Staff here are wonderful and amazing.

Thank you to all the amazing staff who has make my stay throughout the years since 2017 wonderful especially May, Beuz and Mr Noom who has always been a familiar friendly face at the hotel entrance. Always nice to see Mr Noom and other familiar faces in the hotel.

Sad that the hotel will be closed for a year. But I hope once renovation is done. I will be back and hope to see everyone again. Feels homely to be in Bandara Suites Silom Bangkok!

Fantastic hotel, huge rooms ( we had a 2x bed suite ) for our family of four. Location is great, 10mins walk from MRT and BTS. Lots of shops and food around. Lumpini park around the corner. Staff are extremely nice and polite, we all felt like royalty, which I and not a fan of because its harder when you get back home to reality :). Breakfast was good and pool was excellent.

Lobby looks very nice and modern, but the rooms were a little outdated/old. It was still a very great place to stay at, and I enjoyed it a lot.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite, and it was very spacious. The master bedroom even had its own door with a doorbell! Living space area was huge with a couch and dining table with huge windows.

The location is amazing!

They have security on the lot to keep traffic flowing. The hotel has its own personal tuktuk which I think would take you to a nearby BTS? We never had to use it because we can walk right outside the doors and there was food/shopping/salons so close by. So we did plenty of walking in the area, and still wasn’t able to see it all.

We were there during the earthquake! And the staff were very friendly and caring to help me and my mom run down the stairs.

Stayed here overnight while attending the fireworks display near the river. Stayed here once before and remembered the beds being very comfortable. Upon entering the staff greet you well and there's plenty of parking if one needs. Lobby is comfortable and cool. Room very clean and we were given 3 pass keys which is good. Hotel has a nice pool and gym. Next to the pool is a library room and bar/cafe. On the ground floor there's a cafe bar where breakfast is served. If you've got a booking that doesn't include breakfast, walk ins are fine at 350 baht per person. Breakfast was very nice plus we had an early dinner. Food was excellent and well priced for the area. Point to note, the security team is extremely friendly and accommodating. 5/5 stars, well deserved. Good place if you want something downtown but also very quiet.

Very professional, good sized suites for a good price, and excellent customer service help. Also, their a/c is wonderful and everyone is friendly and helpful.

The only part I had a hard time with is when using my location to get a GRAB taxi (kept on leading drivers to a different building). Aside from that, everything was wonderful.

We really enjoyed this hotel, I’m not sure what the negative reviews were talking about. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very nice and spacious, they give you water, the bed was very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was amazing, the pool and sauna are great, there’s an amazing market 3 min away with a ton of options and very good fruit, the location is more quiet than other areas of the city and easily accessible. The only “cons” were the hot water does not stay long enough and the pool area is shaded. Would highly recommend!!

Very Happy with our stay, while not the newest hotel it is well maintained and very comfortable. There for a special occasion we were very happy with the extra effort made by Benz and May to make it extra special. will definitely be back again
