PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok Hotel in Bangkok

I highly recommend it, excellent hotel, service, smiling and professional ! !!
near vibrant neighborhoods... everything is at hand. ... subway, 7 eleven, laundry, etc

For the price paid for all the amenities you receive, the location, and the exceptionally warm and friendly staff that work at this hotel, it made for a wonderful stay. I very much recommend this hotel. I know should I return to Bangkok for another visit, I will stay here again!

Excellent hotel. Large rooms. Well furnished. Nice breakfast buffet. Very clean. Excellent service. We stay whenever we come to Bangkok.

I stayed in a Studio Deluxe for smokers (very much appreciated!). The bed offers a very good sleep quality. The only thing I missed in the room was a lounger/sofa.
The staff in the lobby area is very attentive, friendly and helpful.
I appreciated very much that the staff organises only "Meter-Taxis" for Phachara guests (if not differently requested by the guest).
Food at the restaurant was mediocre and got served lukewarm (plate did not get preheated). Though, the Thai wine from Gran Monte is very recommendable!
A bit more attention could be paid towards the cleanliness of the room. I believe during my 6 nights stay the floor did not get cleaned once and bins didn't get cleaned every day.
Unfortunately Phachara Suites Hotel is no more pet-friendly, even though it is listed on Tripadvisor as pet friendly Hotel in Bangkok (I got to know it was a pet-friendly Hotel until a new management took over). What a pity: feeling home away from home but missing your small so much loved and well trained dog!
Nevertheless, due to the friendliness of the staff - I would return to Phachara Suites any time.

It is near to Nana station. Easy to move.
Room condition is clean & daily housekeeping. But housekeeper don't take money for tip.
It has strong wifi signal & good AC.
Guest friendly.
But most of taxi drivers doesn't know hotel's location.

Great location in walking distance to nightlife, sky train, shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Wifi was a bit annoying because you have to log in multiple times and sometimes the signal drops. Kitchen and washer/dryer are convenient for a long stay.

Perfect, great value for money and well positioned close to BTS station (Nana). Huge, clean and comfortable rooms with all amenities. Very friendly staff
