The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and stylish. Bed is very comfortable and internet is fast. Breakfast buffet is good and varied. This is the usual hotel I stayed during my short trip in Udon Thani. You can reach several good food around the hotel and still walkable to Central Udon. Unfortunately - there is no longer a Mini Big C in front of the hotel - it has closed down sometime ago

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. However, upon entering the room for the first time, there was a noticeable musty smell, which seems to be a common complaint from other guests' reviews. Overall, everything else was okay.

The towels smelled damp and musty, and the mattress had dust mites.

Good stay in the heart of Bukhao - which is good for locale but a bit on the noisy side until the wee hours. There is a gym but I don’t think the universal machine has been operational for some time. High marks to the staff who are always awesome.

Stayed there just for 3 nights. I had the Junior suite which was great in size but just basic in the interior. The room was very noisy, coming from nearby treetown area, despite its highest location on top of the building.

Very nice hotel, well decorated and well located. The service was average. Paying 300 baht for a lost card is a bit steep, we're not in 1998 anymore. Also, I paid an extra charge for my child even though they slept in the same bed as us. In short, I won't be returning despite the hotel's beauty.
