A comfortable apartment with a kitchen, two bedrooms, clean, and fairly quiet, considering it's in Patong. There's an elevator; we were on the 4th floor

We were looking for an affordable hotel in Patong, within walking distance to the sea but in a quiet location, and we definitely chose well

Room was spacious - we booked the room without a living space or dining room which was fine as we ended up eating out most of the time. There was a kitchenette available

Hotel set back from Nainai road so didn’t get all the traffic noise. Close to restaurants, massage and coffee! And Muay Thai training (50ms from RC Rachai) which was our main reason for choosing this location

The hotel is situated in an alley off a busy street, yet the room was quiet, and you could hear birds in the morning. The furniture and interior are traditional Thai

The downsides were our view of an old, unfinished building, and the air conditioning, which smelled bad in the small room when turned on, so we had to make do without it and use a fan

We had the best stay for 4 night in what felt like a pent house studio room with view of the whole city , and mountain, the room was comfortable and clean and the water in the shower was hot! The people who work there and live there are the best , friendly and welcoming! It felt like a home base vibe and I highly recommend staying here! Thank you to Jasmine and the team for making our stay so nice...

I spoke to a lady in the 'weed' shop but also did the house keeping, she didn't know English but we used translate and she called the boss and we arranged over the phone again nice and easy

I used the private rooms b5 and b7 - which include a balcony you can smoke on without the worry of a narc crying about the smell. I stayed for around 1 month and noticed how diverse it was

Younger budget travellers, solo travellers, travellers aged 50+, pet friendly users, stoners and couples. The eclectic mix of guests gives the hostel a uniquely special atmosphere

I enjoyed my time so much, I’m sad I didn’t take I did not take my picture but the view from floor 8 was incredible sunrise and moon rise , it felt like we were on top of the city! Best place to stay in Chang Mai!

I didn't once smell weed or smoke in the hotel, sometimes outside when walking in and out but that's everywhere in Thailand. On my 5th night I decided I wanted to extend my stay for another 4 nights

A good guesthouse for the price. The bed is a little hard, but overall you can sleep. Cleaning is done every two days, as are towels. , and you can hear them clearly in the room, which was sometimes annoying

Inexpensive guest house, the price/quality corresponds, a couple of days I had to come by navigator, because I had to get there by narrow streets

The location is excellent, a maximum of 10 minutes' walk to the sea. The room is spacious, clean, and water is provided daily. There's a mosque nearby, so you can hear it all in the morning

The hotel is located between Roads 2 and 3 at the very beginning of Patong Beach, if you're coming from the airport. It's a leisurely 15-20 minute walk to the sea

And the roosters chirped like in a village, but it didn't bother me. Keep in mind that you need to leave a 500 baht deposit; you'll get it back upon check-out

Hot and cold water, a refrigerator, a kettle, and internet access are available in the room. The room is spacious and has a balcony

The room was quite clean and didn't smell musty. It's a small hotel, but quite popular. I hope to have the opportunity to travel to Phuket again. Finally, I wish the owner great success in their business!

On the downside, housekeeping could be improved. Also, we stayed on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Still a good place to stay thanks to its excellent location

I was lucky that it was school holidays for about 90% of my stay, but once the kids returned, there was a big break around 11:30 AM every day when all the children would come out into the yard

The room is located near the center. THERE IS PRACTICALLY NO WINDOW IN THE ROOM. The room is small and smells damp. You can stay for one night.

Otherwise, it's a typical Thai-style room

If you're just looking for a place to sleep, this hotel isn't for much else. You won't want to spend time there, but the price-to-quality ratio is good, and it's right next to the most beautiful beach.

The staff at Sure Guesthouse is also very friendly, professional and helpful. Lastly, if you are not driving or using a motorbike, don't you worry, Grab and Bolt work very well here

We've stayed here for 3 nights. Very good guesthouse for this price. A bit noisy, but I didn't have any problem with sleeping honestly

This guesthouse exceeded my expectations beyond words. I judged it prematurely because of the price but my room was very big, it was squeaky clean and it actually looked nice

Happy overall experience But was unlucky getting the first nights next to the main road / highway. Changed to the next house and now it is all good. 5 minutes Walk to the beach

Also, there isn't a lift so you have to use stairs (this was fine for me cause I was eating ALOT so I needed the stairs, but I know some people don't like that and should probably ask to get a room on the 2nd floor when booking

The guesthouse is very well-located, near Patong Beach, bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful; they even received a package and stored it for me

Facilities: Comprehensive, with both air conditioning and a fan. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, no stains whatsoever. Service: The staff will show you to your room and explain how to use all the facilities

The location is fantastic, very close to the sea and the main attractions. The hotel owners are also nice. In terms of price and performance, it deserves a 9.5 out of 10. It's also not too noisy.

The front desk staff speak excellent English, so there's no need to worry about communication issues. The staff even stay here themselves after their shifts

Check-in convenience: Super convenient. Check-in is handled at the clothing store next door, which is very stylish and exceptionally clean

They also provide two bottles of complimentary chilled water

The host was extremely friendly with us. The room is good considering the low price we paid for it, it had a small balcony, A/C, a tv, and it was very clean

The only difficulty for me was the location, it was a little bit far from everything. But I read from other reviews that it used to be a noisy area at night, which is totally not the case now

Location is in a quiet area (no bar or restaurant around) but on the way you cross a stinky klong with black water and lots of trash along the way. Hope that the trash will be removed soon

You can hear the beach bar music but still ok to sleep (anyway I think you hear the music on the whole island, they are terribly loud and annoying when you are on the beach)

People are very friendly, small breakfast included

It was very quiet and we had a good sleep

Well located a few steps from the beach, Juceiylong, 15 minutes from Bangla, kudo, Savoy or nanai street, you will find at your doorstep a very nice little street restaurant, pharmacy, massage, exchange at the best rate in Patong etc

In a word: exceptional value for money!! Discovered 7 years ago I have never found better, even if the covid years forced me to new experiences. I just spent 6 weeks there with my friend!

Located at the crossroads of soi kep sab sur rat u thit this small 3-storey hotel offers you 12 large rooms with large balcony, large and bright bathroom and pretty decoration

What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service at the reception, thanks to a lovely young lady named Ying and a friendly young gentleman. They were incredibly helpful, always calm and smiling

Even when we requested extra items, like a kettle to boil water, they provided them without any hassle. Their warm attitude really made a difference in our experience

The room was just okay, but the swimming pool and location is excellent and the price very reasonable

The corridors are full of stuff like towels and bed sheets, and it’s constantly there. Don’t get me wrong—I can accept these conditions, but the price should reflect them. Lowering it from 1000 to 500–600 would be fair

Great location, on edge of old town. Pool always clean, not busy. Staff lovely, lots of food and bar options nearby. Somd renovations to common areas ongoing, rooms clean buf smallish and dated. Would stay here again.

Perfect location close to everything you want. Rooms are basic, but bed was a little uncomfortable, wooden floor boards were very creaky and bathroom started smelling of mould due to lack of ventilation

we stayed there for around 10 days in the end and was genuinely sad to go, such a lovely family that run the place, they helped us out well above their responsibilities, the place was relaxed, affordable and above all very friendly and attracted a nice crowd, next time i'm in krabi i'd definitely stay again

Right near the little Walking Street and food court with some splendidly confident local performers. And close enough to the river to take a stroll and possibly even get a boat to tour the karsts and mangroves

I had a room on the ground floor with a fan. It was quite comfortable for four days, but if you want to stay longer, I recommend a room on the upper floors with air conditioning and a closet

If you are booking for high season and everywhere else is expensive, you might want to consider a hostel. I didn't do that because hostels can be noisy, but this place is just the same. Even earplugs didn't help much

Popeye Guesthouse is a nece choice for budget travellers. All rooms are on the ground floor, so some rooms's window are corridor view, not open to outside view, so ventilation of some rooms are not so good

Room is spacious with clean bathroom. Entrance of the guesthouse is motorbike rental and Laundry shop. Great location with restaurants

It is really really close to Ao Nang beach (5-minute walk) and it is next to the best bar I have never been (Dream Bar, run by a lovely owner) and a fast and efficient laundry service

The shower pressure and consistent temperature was better than at 5* hotels, the staff were lovely and it’s also in a great location. very basic hotel and a little noisy but overall well worth the value:)

I stayed at Tientong guesthouse by recommendation of a friend, and I was very pleased, I met Som, who runs the guesthouse. She takes care of it very well

The drinking water is very clean, which is unheard of for Thailand. But it's Very loud at night from nearby bars and cars and train, room smells moldy, house is old bathroom is old

Position is great, close to everything but far from the main noisy street. Owner with an English better than mine, was great. They also provided us a motorbike in great conditions for the length of our stay

Thankfully there's a screen on the door so I can air the room out Bad location because it's next to the highway but you cant actually walk there, it's walled off. But the staff is very helpful

I’ve been staying at this ‘family’ of guesthouses since 1997, and this particular one since it opened 20 years ago, but I think it’s probably my last stay. Nothing is terrible, but nothing is great either

There was no bathroom, so it was quite a long walk to wash hands, use the restroom, and shower. The many steps made walking back and forth very inconvenient. The Wi-Fi was fast, and there was a large pool

This place has a beautiful garden where guest can have a cup of coffee or a nice meal while watching the river. I loved my time there, the room was small but functional for a solo traveller

The stuffs are nice and speaks very good english. The coffee and tea are so good but it’s not free(don’t worry it’s cheap). Doesn’t have air conditioner in my room it has two fans but one was enough for me

Food was great and there were some pets on the garden sometimes which is always nice

The room I booked in doesn’t have bathroom in it but have to go to the ground floor for bathroom. It’s pretty reasonable for the price. They have a dining place next to the river which gives you an amazing view

I extended my stay for half day where I had to pay only 200 baht. Location wise, it was really near to khao san and also phra atit pier, although I prefer to take grab ride

It's in the middle of everywhere (tourist spot), and yet quiet enough. The rooms are held rather small, but do you really need much space? The shower had good pressure. You can't do anything wrong with booking this stay

There is no lift for human access so need to climb up to 5th floor, but there is a small lift for luggage, at least you no need carry heavy to climb the staircase

Overall is good, the room is clean and have everything, just the safety locker not functioning, and room space a little bit small
