The reception stff were extremely rude. The breakfast was awful and chaotic. I booked one of the best rooms and was very disappointed with the state if the room. I will never return to this Hotel.

This is a hotel that provides good value for money and a safe reliable option. However it is now showing its age. It was no doubt a fine 5-star hotel 20 years ago. Now I think it more 4-star. Nothing wrong with that as long as you know. It is very popular with Russian and Indian holiday travelers.

This is our second time staying here. Luckily, we managed to book a room on the right side facing the sea, right after the peak tourist season. The huge balcony absolutely thrilled my son; he was so happy he even forgot to come inside to sleep. A standard family-friendly hotel. Even though the Christmas prices were outrageous, it mostly met this mom's need to relax while traveling with kids. We didn't leave the hotel for two days and the kids were never bored, playing until they instantly fell asleep every night.
