I read the reviews before booking and they were so good I thought “this is where I will stay tonight”; I was not disappointed. The room was clean, the towels were big and fluffy, a nice balcony and comfortable bed. The area is great so it deserves a visit. Will come again.

I would love to stay here again and hope I will. The staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms clean every day, walking to beach was easy stores and bars very close. And the food in the restaurant was fantastic. There was a little bit of construction going ahead when I was there, but to be honest that did not bother me.

There was a lot of noise coming from the building next door. there is construction No staff reported that there was construction near the building. We were shocked and wondered what to do. Other than that, it's good enough for the price.

We booked one night. It was our first time on Koh Samui and this was our first hotel, so we booked online. We took a bus from Phuket, leaving at 7am and arriving at the hotel only at 5pm. They were expecting us! That's good! There's no 24-hour reception, but there's a separate office, but it has its own hours (the door says 9am-8pm, which isn't true). It's already closed at 5:50pm and still closed...

The place is located not too noisy yet convenient part of city. There's no elevator but the staff are very helpful about carrying our heavy luggages. They're so sweet. And the best point is you can check in at 12pm which i think it's earlier than other places where they wouldn't let you check in earlier than 2pm.

I spent 3 weeks in this hotel, back in January and February. The location was perfect for me, in a quiet alley, just off of a busy street. The beach, Walking Street, restaurants, and malls were all within easy walking distance. The room was large and comfortable, the staff were polite and friendly, and the price was quite affordable. I'm hoping to return there again next winter.

Hotel is very close to the beach! The staff was nice and attentive . Breakfast was four set meals to choose from. Unfortunately they didn’t provide any shampoo or conditioner only simple soap. The wifi also didn’t work !

An excellent stay Im in the heart of the old town!

The room was much larger than described. Very charming. My husband and I booked one night to explore the Sunday market in Phuket Town. Number 1 location 👍 Although there was a bit of street noise, it didn't bother us too much, but it might be a problem for couples with children 🤷🏻♀️. The only minor drawback was the small wardrobe and large mirror.

I stayed a month and loved every minute. Olive and fantastic staff looked after me so well from the start to finish. Great room with everything you need and well laid out. The room is located near the center. THERE IS PRACTICALLY NO WINDOW IN THE ROOM. The room is small and smells damp. You can stay for one night.

This hotel generally lives up to its 2-star rating. It's clean and pleasant, and thankfully, no ants or bugs like some previous reviews mentioned. The only downsides are: 1. Sometimes the towels have holes, and the bedding looks quite worn. 2. The balcony directly faces a school. Perfect location close to everything you want. The hotel has a massage room (not a tourist one, but a medical one). If you want to experience a real Thai massage, be in euphoria for more than an hour, and then feel how all the problems go away, then we recommend this particular woman, a master named Kawow. The hotel has gone seriously down since my last visit. I expect the owner is more interested in other things than looking after guests. Mosquitos everywhere. Lots of water tubs make a great breeding ground. We saw larvae in the tub in our bathroom. The so called "superior" rooms are no better than the "standard" rooms. Building project going on. Overall really good stay, stayed for 4 nights two of which booked through trip.com. Really nice location, plenty of good food around, cheap or luxury. Just a few minutes walk away from the entrance of kaosan road. Very clean also!

Great location, street market and lots of restaurants downstairs. 10 mins walking to the pier and you are able to visit most of tourist attractions, to CBD and Chinatown catching ferry for 16BHT. But the hotel is overrun, old facilities, small room & not very clean.

Overall is good, the room is clean and have everything, just the safety locker not functioning, and room space a little bit small. There is no lift for human access so need to climb up to 5th floor, but there is a small lift for luggage, at least you no need carry heavy to climb the staircase. Recommended for foreigners because the staffs know English.

Very nice guest house, we really loved it! The location is perfect, just a 5–10 minute walk to Pai Walking Street. The rooms were alright and the toilet was quite spacious too. Deluxe River View Rooms The room comes with a lovely river-view balcony, and the location is very convenient — just cross the bamboo bridge and you’ll reach Pai Walking Street. Not a bad hotel in the center of Patong, on *** Street. All the bars, clubs, and massage parlors are nearby. The hotel is quite old, but it has a comfortable bed and free sauna access for guests. There are two breakfast options.

Although i found really difficult to find, despite having clear directions the combination of jet lag and how you really are truly slap bang in the centre of all the action in Patong - the accommodation and sauna and bar are all one complex in a pedestrianised section of the complex.
