It’s another underrated hotel looking from the size and rate. This hotel is super clean and having a comfortable bedding. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They offer ample rooms with sittings set and the rooms also have a balcony to view the garden. We will definitely come back here again.

Hotel was ok for a short stay, we really don't understood why to charge a deposit for a second card for the room, you really need it for the AC to keep going meanwhile you are away, with the heat on the city it is really needed. Hotel needs some maintenance, however the service is good, that is the value of this hotel, the people working in the hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money. There were a lot of Western guests staying here. It has a small swimming pool and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was good and filling. The only downside is that the 7-Eleven is a bit of a walk away.

At just over 300 during peak season, the price is acceptable. The location is excellent, right next to the old city, and it's only a 10-minute walk to Tha Phae Gate. Everything was great, except the AC was a bit noisy. However, the staff promptly provided earplugs, which made the stay really pleasant. Missing Chiang Mai!

Accommodated to all our needs brilliantly, asked for decorations in the room as we were celebrating birthdays, they provided roses and balloons! Nice small resort. Good vibe. Go for the larger villas facing the river. Price difference not not much. They are much quieter. The village villas are not villas but more like a cabin, so not sound proof and packed near each other. Breakfast is modest. Great friendly staff. Good Italian restaurant. Excellent resort with even better service. A cute and (literally) cosy resort, away from the bustle of main town, yet within a few minute's reach. The facilities are clean and service is hard to compete with. Tejas, Santosh and Naam are a star staff team that look after all your needs. Lovely breakfast, served with love. The hotel has a great location and the room was generally clean and comfortable. However, there were a few areas that could be improved.

The room was quite spacious, but public transportation in the area isn't very convenient. The nearest BTS station is about a 30-minute walk away, and the hotel shuttle only runs at limited times.

we stayed for three days between flights to other countries and it was a good base to get a lot of things done. Laundry was on site and was very cheap. We were able to transport and prepare a Bicycle. meals are provided on site including breakfast but you can also get grab deliveries . it is very close to 2 of the mass transit stations one of which they offer transport to. location was quite some distance from the bts but they have a shuttle service to bts ratchayothin 4 times a day. staff were very nice and friendly. room was big and clean, tv had streaming services. unfortunately the aircon wasn't strong enough. but definitely worth it for the price, would stay here again!

We stayed in renovated cottages... Everything seemed fine, but I wouldn't go back to this particular hotel; I'd consider another one. The location is convenient. I took the blue line from the airport, changed once, and it was about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. The room was quite spacious with a very comfortable, large bed. Since it's June, Bangkok is quite hot. The hotel was very thoughtful; the air conditioning was already on when I entered the room.

Why is no one telling the truth? I only have four points to make: 1. It's too close to the airport. Every now and then, planes take off and land, creating unbearable noise, like living in a war zone. What's so good about that? 2. The internet signal is poor and no one seems to be fixing it. 3. The front desk is always unattended. When you need something, you can't get a timely response or solution...

The slippers were worn by others, and the soles were dirty. I asked to change them for two days but no one responded. As a result, I didn't have clean slippers for 4 days. The housekeeping didn't come one day, and basically didn't clean. The sound insulation is very poor. I couldn't sleep every day because of a group of ****, and they were partying at 2 o'clock in the morning.

The hotel seems understaffed and in need of a lot of maintenance. The receptionist that was working when we checked in (around 7pm) seemed like the only staff on site. On check-in, our room was missing toilet paper, tissue, soap. The slippers were dirty, but most importantly, the safe was not working. The receptionist did her absolute best to solve our issues, but she wasn't given many resources. Also...

We liked the hotel for our room which was nice and their service. The staff is really nice and eager to help their guests. We didn't like the breakfast that much because there were limited options (for example if you like a toast you can choose between margarine or orange jam). The hotel is close to the airport so if you mind the noise I wouldn't recommend this one. However we didn't mind the noise

A delightful place. Very attentive staff, everything is smoothly efficient. The breakfast had a good range of choices. I do appreciate that the resort tries to source its offerings (coffee, tea, even beer!) from local producers.
