South Na Jomtien Beach - 3 min
There are several swimming pools, restaurants, and direct access to a wide sandy beach, which is a big plus. Rooms are generally comfortable, though some areas feel a bit dated and could use renovation
The beach is beautiful and secluded, which is great for those who dislike crowds. There are some areas that show a bit of wear and tear, but personally, that didn't dampen my spirits
A large beachfront hotel complex with a great location right by the sea. The territory is spacious, green, and well maintained, perfect for walks and relaxation
Overall, a good option for a relaxing beach holiday, especially for families or travelers who appreciate space, pools, and proximity to the ocean
The hotel is practically empty; they say it didn't survive the pandemic. But it still exists! It's a huge hotel complex with very few people around. The breakfasts are decent, though a bit modest
Breakfast offers a good variety, especially considering the size of the hotel

Come with kids and elder parents. Room are spacious with one king bed and one bunk bed. The breakfast is good with a lot of varieties. Beach is adjacent to hotel and does not have to walk out from hotel
Only thing is service of front desk we book with 2 kids but only 2 towels provided then I call and ask for 2 more they charge 300 baht for night. Very very nonsense for charging
As the stay went on, it became clear the hotel focuses on quantity, not quality: exhausted-looking staff, crowds of people everywhere, a very small beach area, and forget about finding an empty sunbed
The Rooms are spacious
Opt for sea view room ,it's amazing. Swimming pool is great facing towards the sea. They have their private Beach
Negatives
The staff doesn't understand Engish
The hotel is great for family with I big bed and I single bed. Breakfast is good choice many to choose from
It was cheaper, required a smaller deposit taken directly by card, and the staff there actually invited me to rest in the room first and come back and complete the formalities later when it’s official time to check in (I came an hour earlier) A completely different experience
The room was nice, but the hotel beach wasn't great and the water wasn't clean. Overall, the hotel itself was good though.
It's based north side of pattaya and is adjacent to beach. We stayed there for 3 days and breakfast was average with less options. The city is around 15 minutes by taxi and is not easily feasible by walk
Great view, good breakfast. Nice swimming pool. The staff are very diligent and provide great service.
Room overall is good except the shower box that we cannot close the door. So it makes entire bathroom so wet. Pool and beach are good, big pool with guard for safety. Breakfast is the best , so variety and good taste
The hotel is so old , you can feel from the lobby to every side of it. Some of the parts in bathroom cant work properly. The breakfast is good ,you have many options. The pool side and beach side is good for chilling
Did not stay in hotel only use swimming pool and outdoor restaurant facilities next to beach / pool facilities, amazing pool different levels grwat for all age groups excellent food and drinks available well worth visiting and staying at hotel 🏨
This hotel is located right on Kata Beach and has its own water park, which the kids absolutely loved. We booked a room with direct pool access, and the children enjoyed swimming every single day.
The facilities and amenities were excellent, and the air conditioning was promptly fixed when it broke down in the middle of the night. The room we were given faced the beach directly, and the breakfast was superb
There was Thai rice vermicelli among the hot food, which was good enough. The hotel is massive, with at least five or six pools. I only used the one in front of my room, which was great and very convenient
Breakfast was decent; I think some reviews complained about the food because they weren't used to Western-style breakfasts and might have been hoping for wontons or noodles
The air conditioning had a slightly strong musty smell, but after a while, my nose got used to it, haha! Other than that, there's nothing to complain about
Some said the service was poor, but I felt it was acceptable – not overly deferential, but certainly not dismissive either
- All towels looks like they have been abandoned from WWII, ripped to shreds, and quickly mended. Also, you are obliged to return them before 19:00 on the same day. For the unsophisticated travellers
This place has its own water park and dinosaurs 🦕 for the kids. Also has Zipline from top of tower to street. Neighborhood is mostly Russian now. Room is clean and has a balcony with view of ocean
Vast green territory with numerous squirrels, great view from the balcony and high monumental building of the hotel - that's all for positive. Everything else is poor:
- Cold "empty" breakfasts, not tasty at all
Excellent service and cleanliness throughout resort as well as decent prices
Conveniently located near Dongtan Beach, the hotel boasts a wonderful ambiance. Despite its age, it maintains a fantastic atmosphere and offers a wide array of activities.
Only fried eggs and milk is good to eat
- Non stable beds on roller pads
- Very loud AC, working at it's max power always. I guess it has been a while when somebody refill it
I urge all Chinese travelers to stay at this hotel; you won't experience any frustration here! Their service attitude is excellent, the environment is comfortable, and they even have a private beach
Pros: Has a private beach, and the sea is clean and beautiful, allowing you to avoid the crowds. I arrived at 3 PM to check in, but wasn't informed that my room was ready until around 3:40 PM
Plus, some staff members speak Chinese. I'm honestly reluctant to even mention other five-star hotels; my personal experiences with them have been very poor
The location is a bit secluded, with not much to see or do nearby
The common areas are very well-maintained, and the rooms are quite spacious, each with a balcony. Upon check-in, we were offered welcome drinks and refreshing towels
We had an amazing stay in Le Meridien Phuket. One of the best beaches I've been to. Service excellent. Food good and right prices.
Highly recommended!!
The hotel's location is fantastic – right on the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, making it super convenient to get around. The room was quiet and comfortable, perfect for a good rest. Really great!
The hotel is right on Pattaya Beach, with direct access to the beach from the public areas on the first floor
Step out the main entrance and you're right at Terminal 21, making it incredibly convenient for shopping malls and night markets. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the taste is pretty good
Back when I was in China, whenever I'd look for resorts in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang region, Dusit Thani would always pop up, but I'd always pass because it was too expensive
It really didn't disappoint me much; aside from the slightly dated facilities, everything else was perfect. Both the service and the scenery were excellent
I loved its Southeast Asian style and service, so when I came to Pattaya this time, I decisively booked this established five-star hotel

I feel that the management team does a good job here and employees are working together as a team, actively teaching each other, genuinely trying to add value and really making customer feel welcome
An unparalleled vacation experience!
Perfect for families with children. You don't even need to leave the hotel – just unwind and relax. It's a truly carefree, all-inclusive stay
Thumbs up, indeed!
While Phuket itself can feel quite dirty, run-down, and chaotic, like a disordered small town, the hotel itself is a complete vacation paradise, offering ultimate relaxation
(Building 4 is suitable for those who prefer quiet. ) You can walk or swim through the connecting arches between buildings 1, 2, and 3, so don't overthink which building to stay in
The activities were great, the scenery was beautiful, and the people were lovely. It was also convenient for me to walk to Patong.
Overall, the hotel experience was good. The pools in buildings 1, 2, and 3 are interconnected. The kids' pool is located between buildings 1 and 2, while the adult pool with a swim-up bar is between buildings 2 and 3
Few restaurants and massage places nearby, a couple 7/11 but a great hotel to stay at if you want to live outside the busy city, all tour/excursions you book online will pick you up from this hotel , will definitely come back
Simply Fantastic ! We love to go there again in near future. Thank you Trip.com for a fantastic service. Keep it up !!
Beautiful built wooden hotel, staff so helpful, beach at front is dirty and not for swimming but a local taxi or moped tuktuk is around 150 bht to get to pattaya city from cholchan, the pool is so warm also
The hotel is located in front of beach and there is a food nearby the hotel. The room also nice
Great service front staff ( And Handsome man)
Peaceful and quiet it s perfect for family private area. 👍
The atmosphere is really and the price is affordable .
Excellent location, sea water quality good, pool good, plenty of parking, sunbeds insufficient for number of tourists and the sauna/steam room does not work. The hotel itself is adequate and functional
Based on Google, this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel with a rating of 4. I would be more inclined to say it's a 3. The lobby and views to the beach and pool were GORGEOUS
The pool and private beach access were really amazing and made up for some of the other areas that were lacking but I still wouldn't rate it higher than a 4 star
The hotel environment is nice, and the beach is quiet. It's a good value for the price on weekdays.
There are many 7-Eleven stores nearby. Within a 500-meter walk, you'll find plenty of small restaurants, pharmacies, and massage shops. This is a resort area, so you'll see foreigners everywhere, but not many locals
The hotel has a nice view, and the sea-view room was great, with good hygiene too. The air conditioner's outdoor unit was indeed noisy. Afterward, I stayed at The Sign Hotel next door
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. From the front desk to the doormen and security team, everyone made us feel genuinely cared for
Though I upgraded to ocean pearl and they show the open deep bathtub with rose petals in it. But the hotel didn't have any bath salts or bubble bath or anything
We absolutely loved our stay at the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and overlooked the ocean—waking up to that view every day was a highlight of the trip
We had the most wonderful experience staying in this hotel. From the spectacular views to the amazing pools, wow and the rooms are really luxurious
The staff were friendly and helpful with a big thanks to Chaiyanan B who made our stay just a little bit more special
The buffet selection was excellent with plenty of variety, and the dining options across the property were fantastic
For food vegetarian options are less but during breakfast their hotel staff helped us in finding options. Their restaurant manager named Peter was very humble and always ready to help us
The restaurant is right by the sea, offering great views where you can enjoy breakfast with the sound of waves. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the boat noodles are delicious
The long beach is perfect for walks, and there are plenty of pools. The only downsides are the poorly designed bathroom layout, with the toilet awkwardly squeezed behind the glass partition of the shower
Came to Pattaya to escape the cold and stayed at the Pullman. The surroundings are beautiful, and it has its own private beach – swimming was very enjoyable. Getting around was also convenient
Overall we have a very good experience due to their private beach location , where you can spend your evening in a peaceful atmosphere
Also, the shower only has a rainfall head (didn't use the bathtub, so can't comment on that). Plus, there's the sound of cuckoos starting around 5 AM
Even though it’s not directly on the beach, the coolest part is hopping on a wooden boat across the lagoon to reach Bang Tao—such a unique and exciting experience
The connected pools are lovely with beautiful views over the lagoon to the beach where the shuttle boats take anyone wanting to have a beach visit. The staff are very friendly and helpful
Bring a pop of color into your holiday at this chic lagoon-side resort 💛
Welcome to Cassia Phuket, where good vibes meet the beauty of Bang Tao Beach
Plus, it’s fully pet-friendly, with complete amenities for your furry friends. Don’t miss the Pool Bar—your go-to spot for laid-back swims with stunning lagoon views
Wonderful experience here at Cassia Phuket. The staff and the hotel room were the best features about it, but on top of that the location and the amenities included were top notch too

🏖 A beautiful beachfront resort with a serene and private atmosphere. The wide sandy beach is shaded by palm trees and lush greenery, making it the perfect getaway. A stunning sea-view pool that’s simply breathtaking
Don’t miss their signature "Patongko" (crispy Thai donuts) – freshly fried and absolutely delightful!
🥐 Enjoy a cute picnic by the beach with delicious food and drinks while soaking in the stunning sunset views
I recently stayed at Ravindra Beach Resort in Na Jomtien and I absolutely loved it! The room was super clean and cozy, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful
❤️ If you’re looking for a beachfront retreat in Pattaya with excellent facilities, stunning views, and great food, I highly recommend Ravindra Beach Resort & Spa
Unwind in the panoramic sea-view pool or indulge in activities like SUP boarding, water scooters, yoga, spa treatments, and a well-equipped fitness center. There’s also a kids’ room for little ones
I felt well taken care of from the moment I arrived. One thing you definitely shouldn't miss is the food—especially breakfast! The variety was amazing and everything tasted great
A nice hotel with a beautiful area and its own excellent beach. The breakfasts are good, with a choice of Asian and European cuisine, as well as fruits, greens, and pastries. There is a wide selection of juices
Nice place for staying. This time I stayed for several days on Christmas time. The hotel was full of visitors. I liked their beautiful garden and the beach in this season.
A beach-front resort with a true resort feel at an affordable price
The only downside (and that is the reason my rating was less-than-excellent) is that this affordability attracts loads of buses loaded with tourists from various countries and that can create a kind-of-chaos (including noise)
The beds were a bit hard but the rooms were large. The resort is a little distance away from everything but that's a positive not a negative. There was so much room to get out and walk around
There is a wonderful pool on the property with areas for both children and adults. I think I was lucky with my hotel choice, and considering the price is reasonable, I will stay here again
The hotel is very nice. Very big room and have a two pool. Easy to walk from the room to the beach the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed to stay here and we're going back again.
The Renaissance hotel was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Thailand. The beach there is pristine and beautiful, easily surpassing Pattaya Beach. The sunsets were absolutely stunning
Located just steps from a private stretch of Na Jomtien beach, it’s an idyllic choice for a getaway where relaxation is the theme of the day.
Service here is genuinely warm and thoughtful
Located along a quiet beach area. Pretty sunrise and sunset could be enjoyed. Love the plunging pool and breakfast spread. Will recommend!
The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport options
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be struck by the resort’s inviting ambiance — lush landscaping, beautiful pool settings, and a sense of calm that feels worlds away from Pattaya’s bustling center
One of the best if not the best hotel in Sukhumvit 15 very safe and reliable lovely spacious rooms and the staff are all amazing from the receptionists to the security to the cleaners everyone was amazing enjoyed my 2 weeks, definitely coming back and would highly recommend
Everyone was super friendly and the hotel is very clean. This hotel didn’t get 10/10 because of the pillows …. We had 3 different rooms and the pillows were so bad. Each of us had two pillows and they are so old and flat
I recently stayed at Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok while traveling on my own, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. From start to finish, everything about my stay was exceptional
Great spot - always friendly staff. One of the floors was a smoking allowed floor so if you do not like that make sure you make it aware. Food delivery to the room was fast and friendly
The hotel also has a executive lounge which we had access too and serves drinks and snacks. The breakfast was elaborate with Indian, Asian, halal, continental options
Alan made such a difference to my stay—he went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and supported every step of the way. The Executive Club Lounge was a real treat
Great location, possibly the best end of patong beach. Massive pool, with pool bar, street bar and plenty of sun beds. Breakfast was fresh with great selection. Staff so friendly and helpful
Beautiful property with friendly staff and service
Location right across from the beach and close to shopping
The restaurant served delicious food!
The room facilities are a bit old, but the service is good. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location, right in the heart of Patong Beach, just across the road from the beach
This hotel stay is excellent with all the attentive staffs catered to your needs and request! Especially when they see I teaching my baby daughter swimming in the pool, they bring a kid life jacket for my baby daughter
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially Su and Zaza, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of
Excellent food, service and one of the most amazing places in Thailand. Such warm hospitality is rare to see and all thanks to Su for being a great host
We extended our stay the minute we saw the beach. The resort is old and has its old charm but the service is great and people are friendly and beach is just incredible and lots of restaurants options around the resort
When we arrived, the first thing we hoped for (after our Bali experience) was a welcome drink with a cold aromatic towel — in Bali it was warm
We enjoyed some activities at the recreation center where we served by Nat, Nook, Zin and Pla who did a fantastic job. We also had dinner at the main restaurant and the beach found the food very decent
Live music and fire show at the beach were stunning. Overall we enjoyed our time and very much appreciated the friendliness of everyone
Thank you for that, Snow!
The resort offers beautiful nature, very polite staff, and very nice restaurants. We only had breakfast included, but we went for dinner a couple of times and it was absolutely worth it
Then we were lucky to have Snow as our receptionist, a very polite and humble Thai girl. She upgraded our stay to a swim-up suite, which became the highlight of our vacation
Absolutely loved this hotel! The design and views perfectly matched my aesthetic, and it was incredibly photogenic. The hotel beach has super fine sand, and swimming in the ocean felt very safe
It was really expensive during peak season, and the room design wasn't worth the price. However, the public areas had a great vibe and were perfect for photos. It's right next to Khao Lak Beach
I highly recommend the deli cafe, I couldn't stop at just three cups a day! The only minor drawback was the service, which was a little slow, but I noticed there were only a few staff members who were clearly overwhelmed
However, all the service staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. There were two particularly nice ladies at the front desk who helped with every little detail. The hotel also arranged taxis very quickly
Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely visit again
There are also lots of small animals around the hotel
