However, several friends and family members who stayed here a few years ago all had positive things to say, so I ultimately chose this hotel. My actual experience was better and more consistent than expected

There was a faint pleasant scent upon entering, which shows the hotel puts extra effort into air quality management. Phuket's climate is inherently humid, so a slight feeling of dampness is normal

The front desk staff were friendly and patient; I didn't encounter any of the attitude problems mentioned in other reviews. The room itself didn't have any noticeable dampness or musty smells

The front desk even had a written notice advising guests not to leave the balcony door open for too long and to maintain the air conditioning temperature

There's a dedicated splash pad for kids, and my child had a great time

Before my trip, I did some research and indeed saw some negative reviews online

On our first night, we dined at the hotel’s restaurant, Sears & Co. Bar and Grill, which had a buffet carving night at a very reasonable price. They served a variety of meats, chicken, salmon, and other dishes

Everything you need as a tourist is within walking distance. Pharmacies, spas, bike rentals, and even a 7-Eleven are all nearby, which makes the stay very convenient. The pool area is large and relaxing

However, upon check-in, the receptionist really went the extra mile to accommodate my request and managed to get me the room I wanted. I didn’t manage to catch her name, but truly appreciate the effort

It's right by the beach, and there are small restaurants and a 7/11 nearby, which was really convenient

Facing west, we were treated to stunning sunsets every evening as we headed out for dinner. One of the hotel's pools also faces the beach, making for a wonderfully comfortable and relaxing swim

It’s not directly beachfront, but just a short walk across the road and you’re there. There are also plenty of halal food stalls right in front of the hotel, along with many eateries nearby

There are many takeout options nearby, and a robot even delivers food to your room, which feels very safe. Overall, it was a perfect stay and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it to friends

It was pretty good, my kids loved playing in the water. The water facilities were excellent. The location was also quite good. During the Spring Festival, they even decorated with Chinese elements

The hotel is easy to find and has its own convenient parking lot. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were warm and polite. The room was spotless, and all the facilities were new

We booked a family room, which had two bedrooms and a living room, perfect for our group of six. It was very convenient, not far from Rawai Beach, and a great base for visiting Coral Island

The shower had great water pressure and was very comfortable. The bed and pillows were just right, not too soft or too hard

Plus, being close to everything you need, like restaurants, shops, and entertainment, is super convenient

Great hotel with nice amenities. Two large pools, close to the nightlife. Just remember there are 8 or 9 Andaman hotels in Patong alone

Don't put the wrong one in your GPS and start walking and have your phone die and lose your passport. This place is a maze to navigate with GPS and next to impossible without it unless you're very familiar and read Thai

Thumbs up, indeed! While Phuket itself can feel quite dirty, run-down, and chaotic, like a disordered small town, the hotel itself is a complete vacation paradise, offering ultimate relaxation

(Building 4 is suitable for those who prefer quiet. ) You can walk or swim through the connecting arches between buildings 1, 2, and 3, so don't overthink which building to stay in

The only downside is the average location; even with the shuttle bus, it takes over 20 minutes to get to Patong Beach, and Karon Beach is even further

The activities were great, the scenery was beautiful, and the people were lovely. It was also convenient for me to walk to Patong.

Overall, the hotel experience was good. The pools in buildings 1, 2, and 3 are interconnected. The kids' pool is located between buildings 1 and 2, while the adult pool with a swim-up bar is between buildings 2 and 3

Very nice staff, well-equipped hotel, free transportation, everything is available, but on some rooms, there is a lack of cleanliness, I had to change my first room because it was not clean

The chalet is located at the top of the property, so you need to rely on the reception to arrange transportation to the main area, where the reception and beach access are located

The breakfast buffet is a step away from our rooms and it is absolutely amazing!!! There is such a variety of food and drinks to choose from

Graceland resort and spa was amazing experience for my family. The staff are always friendly to us. The rooms are an excellent size. They always have activities for us and the kids to do. Theres always something fun to do

I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable stay!

Graceland Phuket is a beautiful resort with lush greenery and well-kept gardens that create a relaxing atmosphere. The pools are spacious and inviting, perfect for both families and couples

My mom was very happy with our trip. The hotel is a bit far from the beach, and while there's a shuttle, it doesn't run very often. The hotel staff, however, were excellent – patient, professional, warm, and attentive

However, the restaurant didn't have a price list, and the prices were very inflated, so I wouldn't recommend it. The hotel's massage service is highly recommended – it was excellent

It's about a 15-minute walk to 7-Eleven. There aren't many dining options nearby, so it's not as convenient as other beaches. However, the hotel's price wasn't excessively high. There weren't many Chinese guests

Initially, the uphill walk back after the beach seemed like a drawback, but after a few days, we appreciated that it was cool in the evenings without needing air conditioning, and being a bit "surrounded by plants" made the setting pleasant

The breakfast in the morning had good food, even if it wasn't particularly international (for us Europeans, especially Italians, high-level food and wine is something else, but I must say that, staying within Southeast Asia, it was fine)

"if you need it, call reception and we'll send someone to open it for you. At the front office, everyone was nice and helpful. No problems with the facilities. Cleanliness was good (not excellent)

We only able to reserve the shuttle bus to Jungceylon central as it is fully booked. Please book in advance one day before or can choose to take tuk tuk/grab if wanna go to Patong beach/ Patong City

Checked in on 19/3, the room floor is abit sticky and dusty. We requested the cleaners to clean it, the next day the floor is clean. We tried all the 3 pools, kids love it so much

The best hotel in Phuket, hands down! Nobody can tell me otherwise. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, surrounded by tropical scenery

Grab doesn’t really operate here, and local taxis tend to be controlled and quite expensive, often charging per person

If you’re traveling as a group, renting a car is definitely the more convenient and cost-effective option

The resort is located about a 10-minute drive from the town, so getting around requires some planning

We extended our stay the minute we saw the beach. The resort is old and has its old charm but the service is great and people are friendly and beach is just incredible and lots of restaurants options around the resort

Thank you for that, Snow! The resort offers beautiful nature, very polite staff, and very nice restaurants. We only had breakfast included, but we went for dinner a couple of times and it was absolutely worth it

We enjoyed some activities at the recreation center where we served by Nat, Nook, Zin and Pla who did a fantastic job. We also had dinner at the main restaurant and the beach found the food very decent

The beach was spectacular — the tides were gentle, and the water changes were barely noticeable, which made it feel special. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the lack of sun

Then we were lucky to have Snow as our receptionist, a very polite and humble Thai girl. She upgraded our stay to a swim-up suite, which became the highlight of our vacation

You also have taxi service at the entrance so easy to move around. I highly recommend this place if u want to switch off and relax, very serene atmosphere

We booked the panwa lodge for the bridal party accommodation and it was beautiful. Others stayed in the 2 bed villas and standard rooms and no one had a single complaint (or if they did they didn’t tell me)

Breakfast was great and the staff were lovely and so accommodating. Cape Panwa will always hold a special place in our hearts and we can’t wait to come back

Yes some of the wings with rooms need to TLC but the room we stayed in was great. Cape Panwa Hotel convinced me to visit the area again, Thailand again and we will be booking this hotel

swimming pool is great and unfortunately it is the only choice you have as the sea is not clear and dangerous to swim. good breakfast with lots of variety and Thai restaurant is very good

My wife and I enjoyed our 2-night stay in mid-February. The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful if needed

Night, was extremely polite, friendly and professional. He even gave us an easy way to contact him anytime we needed to go to the restaurant or infinity pool. Within 5 minutes he was always at our door

The infinity pool is beautiful with great views and nice drinks at the bar. There are restaurants and a lounge nearby outside the resort as well. The team was very responsive by email even before arrival

Great location right on the beach. 4 great pools with plenty of sun beds. Reasonable prices at the bar and message. I think the only problem is noise in the uploading area next to building #1 side facing the sea

The breakfast was full of selections of food choices , coffee teas and juices. Will definitely come back again Thank you to all the staff but especially “Way” who always greeted us each morning at breakfast

We had a room there (1302) and it was very noisy at night and morning , but the stuff changed us for another room straight away after our complaint

What a wonderful stay we had for 6 nights. Staff , service location and the food was delicious

Everything about our time here was excellent, the gym was adequate enough for workout and the we even attended some of the fitness classes that were well run

The personnel is so kind and helpful. We had a private yoga lesson it was very nice. Kids club is nice and there are 1-2 people from the staff with the kids inside. You can have a massage by the pool and in the spa

Location is perfect: right at the beginning of Chaweng do you can walk down the whole street in one direction. Also the beach is really nice and clean

The staff all provided a five star service and nothing was too much trouble. For us the location was perfect and right at the top of the main strip where all of the restaurants and bars are located

Fabulous experience! First time in Phuket and Diamond Cliff was more than I could have dreamed. Beautiful room (we had Spa room with ocean view), friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and amenities

To help with this there is actually a shuttle service which constantly operates from reception transporting guests to & from those higher rooms where acsess can only be made by that steep incline

We are just back from a fabulous Two week stay at Diamond Cliff. The Hotel is situated high up off a busy road opposite the beach & just a short walk from the main promenade

My family and I had an enjoyable time. It’s clean and the room is spacious. The only thing is that you have to request for basic amenities like toothbrush or shaver etc. unless the cleaner of the day forgot to restock

Maybe it was January and Chinese New Year hadn't started yet, haha! The hotel's overall environment was decent, and you could even catch the sunset at Mai Khao Beach!

Only worth visiting once or for getting groceries from the 7-Eleven. If you are looking for a relaxing stay in a rural area, this hotel is yours. Love it and would always come back

For our last night in Phuket, we chose a hotel close to the airport. The room was really spacious and clean! The large sofa could even fit one person comfortably

There wasn't anyone at the front desk who spoke Chinese, and most of the hotel guests were foreigners; we rarely saw Chinese or even other Asian guests

The Thai restaurant, in particular, was excellent – so good that we went every day and got to know the staff. Another plus is its proximity to the airport

The hotel pool is a big plus; there are many Europeans and Chinese guests, and the pool water is quite clean. The room size is also quite generous, and the cleanliness is reassuringly good

Very well thought out and the view of the sea and the pool and the restaurant with a view. Many rooms with a view of the sea. The pool is very large. And the bar with the pool is great. And dinner tables in the pool

com should recommend more hotels like this one to guests!!! Sindee, the Chinese staff member working at Avista, is simply a living advertisement for this hotel

My husband loved it so much! The food was also very tasty -- the pork neck steak at Chard restaurant was just perfect! On the second day, there was some water dripping from the air conditioner in our room, not sure why, but the staff fixed it very quickly

Use grab to go to different sites etc we booked one to take us to temples and I negotiated a price to take us to a Big Buddha and he stopped at a hillside restaurant for us on the way down from there and then returned us to the hotel for 1500bht which was very reasonable for the time we took

The hotel is great and well designed and maintained There is a renovation going on in some areas which might be a bit uncomfortable but they are doing their best to accomodate guests through it There is no early check in

you will get in your room by 3:00 if it is busy. I asked for late checkout several times which was also hard to get due to occupancy. Restaurant staff, security guys at the entrance will go beyond the limit to help you

In a very quiet area of Phuket away from the crowds. Location is ideal for a relaxed holiday in paradise. The pool beach and restaurants are all great

The hotel is at a nice beach but not connected to any other bars at the beach. The beach has no other restaurant or bars. It is quiet and perfect place to relax
