Don’t forget to try the Goji Buffet if you have time — the Wagyu steak is excellent. The staff are cheerful and very helpful. The hotel also prepared a breakfast box as requested, and the muffins were delicious
The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety to cater to multiple nationalities, and the taste was great. The room was clean, and the toiletries smelled lovely. There's also a rooftop bar upstairs
The hotel is situated on a street known for massage parlors, which are quite bustling in the evenings. If you're tired, you can pop across the street for a foot massage – it's fantastic!
The location is super convenient. There's an LRT station nearby, and a newly opened large shopping mall is right behind the hotel, making shopping and dining incredibly easy
The main entrance faces a local supermarket, which is good for basic necessities. For souvenirs, you'll want to head to the mall
Lovely hotel in a great location. There is a pretty park with a water feature and track directly behind the hotel.

A large beachfront hotel complex with a great location right by the sea. The territory is spacious, green, and well maintained, perfect for walks and relaxation
There are several swimming pools, restaurants, and direct access to a wide sandy beach, which is a big plus. Rooms are generally comfortable, though some areas feel a bit dated and could use renovation
The hotel is practically empty; they say it didn't survive the pandemic. But it still exists! It's a huge hotel complex with very few people around. The breakfasts are decent, though a bit modest
The beach is beautiful and secluded, which is great for those who dislike crowds. There are some areas that show a bit of wear and tear, but personally, that didn't dampen my spirits
Overall, a good option for a relaxing beach holiday, especially for families or travelers who appreciate space, pools, and proximity to the ocean
Breakfast offers a good variety, especially considering the size of the hotel

The Rooms are spacious
Opt for sea view room ,it's amazing. Swimming pool is great facing towards the sea. They have their private Beach
Negatives
The staff doesn't understand Engish
Only thing is service of front desk we book with 2 kids but only 2 towels provided then I call and ask for 2 more they charge 300 baht for night. Very very nonsense for charging
The hotel is great for family with I big bed and I single bed. Breakfast is good choice many to choose from
The whole property looks a bit old and worn out. The breakfast was average at best. On the positive side, the rooms were actually nice, clean and spacious - though you’ll have to be okay sharing the space with some ants
We arrived around 3 AM, completely exhausted after a full day of flying, only to be told we needed to pay a 2,000-baht deposit, meaning we suddenly had to find 12,000 baht in cash in the middle of the night
How is that a good way to start a holiday?
It felt very unusual, because most hotels in Thailand take a deposit by card (and refund it back), so you don’t end up with a stack of cash on your last day
Room was very nice. Sea view from the balcony is mind blowing. They have their own private beach. Overall experience was great. Food was good.
Great view, good breakfast. Nice swimming pool. The staff are very diligent and provide great service.
It's a short walk away from the The Sanctuary of Truth Museum, worth to go at night or in the morning!
The room has a great view over the pool and the sea.
Nice place to chill and relax with lots of amenities. A good place for return stay.
Super great swimming Pool
But, when I book the hotel, I request higher floor
Hotel puts us in second floor. They don't respect our request. In general, Hotel is good !
The room very large, the hotel vey big !! Good staff …. Recommended for family
However, several friends and family members who stayed here a few years ago all had positive things to say, so I ultimately chose this hotel. My actual experience was better and more consistent than expected
There was a faint pleasant scent upon entering, which shows the hotel puts extra effort into air quality management. Phuket's climate is inherently humid, so a slight feeling of dampness is normal
The front desk staff were friendly and patient; I didn't encounter any of the attitude problems mentioned in other reviews. The room itself didn't have any noticeable dampness or musty smells
Hygiene: The room hygiene is good, and the mini bathrobes provided are very cute and practical. Environment: You can't see the sea view, but it's very convenient to cross a small road to get to the beach
January 28-29, 2026
Initially, I booked the Kata Sea Breeze Hotel, but then I saw it was only three stars and not particularly cheap
Breakfast was decent; I think some reviews complained about the food because they weren't used to Western-style breakfasts and might have been hoping for wontons or noodles
This is a fantastic hotel! The staff, facilities, and service were all excellent. The food, pool, and kids' play areas all deserve 5 stars. Now for a few negatives:
Our check-in was quite unpleasant
We had changed the guest name mid-booking and notified the hotel via Ctrip, but there was a communication breakdown between the hotel and Ctrip, leading to us not being able to check in
The breakfast was quite bad limited range of food omelette of the day was delicious but other than that it’s not that good. For example i can’t find salmon or other protein to eat
Compared to some negative reviews online, I personally think this place is absolutely worth recommending—a perfect choice for a Phuket vacation, you can book with confidence
However, the Ctrip staff resolved it promptly, so kudos to them!
The hotel isn't very close to a 7-Eleven or restaurants; it usually takes about a 10-minute walk
This left me and my family extremely frustrated, especially in the middle of the day. I even had to make several long-distance calls to sort it out
As it is so near to Bangla street where parties are usually on till midnights. Also there was some renovation work going on, they did it in the afternoon. Bath tub is a little small but just nice for petite
The other with dumbells, kettlebells, and strength training machines. Pool is decent and lots of beach chairs provided. Downside is noise might be noticeable if you are light sleeper
We were attracted by the photos of the rooms - stylish and beautiful rooms, but we were alarmed by the reviews that the photos did not correspond to reality and the rooms were already a bit run down
Strategic location for sure, easy access to everywhere. Walking distance to beach, shopping malls, plenty shops nearby
Even if we had to go further places, motorbike rental shops are just outside of the hotel, allowing easy rental and return. Well equipped gym room, one for cardio exercises with treadmill, rowing machine etc
Great location to party with your friends or partner!! Surrounded by bustling fun and shows. Hotel room is spacious and clean, staff is helpful too
Also has a revolving restaurant on top, but food there was mediocre. Has a night market, 2 7-elevens and scooter rental within walking distance. Pattaya night life is a 10 minute drive northwest
Vast green territory with numerous squirrels, great view from the balcony and high monumental building of the hotel - that's all for positive. Everything else is poor:
- Cold "empty" breakfasts, not tasty at all
There was some flooding in central Pattaya after a huge thunderstorm but this place is immune from all that. So glad I was here when that flooding happened. Always security in building and near elevators
- All towels looks like they have been abandoned from WWII, ripped to shreds, and quickly mended. Also, you are obliged to return them before 19:00 on the same day. For the unsophisticated travellers
We really appreciated the cool and effective air conditioning, as well as the high-quality, comfortable bedding, complete with soft pillows and a thick blanket. And of course, the beautiful sea view was a delight
Excellent location, right by the sea. With a night market and a 7-Eleven nearby, shopping and dining are incredibly convenient
On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located directly across from ICONSIAM and offers a handy boat shuttle service. It's an older five-star hotel, and the service was excellent and very welcoming
The Hilton faces a main road and is very noisy, whereas the Sheraton's entrance is on a smaller street with cozy street food stalls and two 7-Elevens, next to the River City complex. The twin beds are a generous 1
The Hilton rooms are newer, but there's a constant mechanical hum from outside, making the whole room rumble, while the Sheraton is very quiet. The breakfast was also exceptionally good
There are plenty of tuk-tuks and motorbikes outside the hotel; make sure to bargain. It's incredibly convenient, with two public piers on either side of the hotel
Although the Sheraton is across from ICONSIAM, the half-hour shuttle boat ride effectively means you can go and come back whenever you want
The Hilton is only walkable, and while it's not that far, the experience isn't as convenient as the Sheraton, especially with kids
Facing west, we were treated to stunning sunsets every evening as we headed out for dinner. One of the hotel's pools also faces the beach, making for a wonderfully comfortable and relaxing swim
The buffet breakfast is fantastic! Every morning there was a new cuisine and something exciting to try. Honestly 1 of the best breakfast buffet i have ever had!
Overall we had a great stay here
The hotel is right by Patong Beach, and it has a pool that faces the beach directly. The hotel environment is excellent, and the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable
The hotel does serve pork, but I was informed that all chicken and beef are sourced from halal butchers and prepared according to halal guidelines. Of course, best to proceed based on your own comfort level
On our first night, we dined at the hotel’s restaurant, Sears & Co. Bar and Grill, which had a buffet carving night at a very reasonable price. They served a variety of meats, chicken, salmon, and other dishes
Everything you need as a tourist is within walking distance. Pharmacies, spas, bike rentals, and even a 7-Eleven are all nearby, which makes the stay very convenient. The pool area is large and relaxing

The beachfront restaurant was particularly delicious, every dish was excellent. We arranged a car back to Bangkok through the front desk. There are three kids' clubs:
1. A members-only area offering simple meals
The Lost World (or something similar, I don't remember the exact name) has large outdoor climbing nets and slides, but it was too sunny to play much. There's an indoor area showing cartoons and simple wooden houses
While the building isn't as new as some high-end Bangkok hotels, after insisting with the front desk not to be on a lower floor due to a late check-in, we got a room on a floor with a good view
The air conditioning was indeed noisy, as mentioned in other reviews, but it didn't disturb our sleep. The staff were reasonably enthusiastic
It's a small space, and there are scheduled craft activities with a teacher daily
Cake and cookie making activities are also held in this area. Our main focus was on playing in the water and enjoying the sea. The restaurants outside the hotel were also very good, and shopping was convenient

I was quite hesitant in booking this hotel because of the reviews I read and quite low rating. But I am glad that I booked this hotel. It’s an old hotel but well maintained. The pillows, sheets and towels are very clean
I really liked this hotel and the environment around it is also very nice and most importantly the main shopping and mall is just a short distance from the hotel so me and my friend are happy.
They also have complimentary toiletries, water, coffee and tea. The staff service is excellent. For me, great deal for its price
I visit this place on March 14th 2020, and enjoy the food in the resto. I choose and enjoy the buffet here, all I can eat.
It's decent, but it gets really noisy in the middle of the night, and the soundproofing isn't great.
My third time at this hotel and it was fantastic each and everytime. Nice staff and nice hotel

I was a bit worried the room might be basic, as it was only 30-something square meters, but it even had a bathtub and a stunning sea view! The kids' play area and water zone were also brilliant
The hotel is very close to Pattaya Beach, and Terminal 21 is nearby. Chinatown is right behind the hotel, where you can find Chinese food
I booked a baby sea view room and specifically requested a higher floor. However, upon check-in, since it was before 3 PM, I was given a low-floor room
When choosing a hotel, InterContinental is always my pick. The breakfast is excellent and the location is superb.
The front desk, room service, and restaurant service were all excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic; turn left from the lobby, walk about 100 meters, cross the road, and you're at the beach
The main entrance of the hotel's courtyard is also very close to Terminal 21 and Big C supermarket, both within a ten-minute walk. Highly recommended for independent travelers!
There are many takeout options nearby, and a robot even delivers food to your room, which feels very safe. Overall, it was a perfect stay and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it to friends
It was pretty good, my kids loved playing in the water. The water facilities were excellent. The location was also quite good. During the Spring Festival, they even decorated with Chinese elements
The hotel is easy to find and has its own convenient parking lot. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were warm and polite. The room was spotless, and all the facilities were new
We booked a family room, which had two bedrooms and a living room, perfect for our group of six. It was very convenient, not far from Rawai Beach, and a great base for visiting Coral Island
Overall, I liked the hotel; it's not my first time staying there. Huge thanks to the Kanun Duty Manager for promptly resolving my issues! A polite and very pleasant employee!
The shower had great water pressure and was very comfortable. The bed and pillows were just right, not too soft or too hard
Don't put the wrong one in your GPS and start walking and have your phone die and lose your passport. This place is a maze to navigate with GPS and next to impossible without it unless you're very familiar and read Thai
Great hotel with nice amenities. Two large pools, close to the nightlife. Just remember there are 8 or 9 Andaman hotels in Patong alone
Dear Hotel Team,
I wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for the truly delightful stay we experienced at your beautiful property in Phuket
The only downside is the breakfast as this could be improved and it so make the stay 10/10
We can’t wait to return to the hotel again
Thank you
A special shout out to Fun who greeted us as we checked in and was so helpful and kind to Fon from the pool bar who was an exceptional person who catered for our every need
We have stayed at this hotel for many years and we love the location, the new rooms are very spacious and comfortable too
We’ve chosen garden view, which was actually partial sea view and not so noisy as swimming pool view. Food was nice, but mostly Asian style
Pros: Has a private beach, and the sea is clean and beautiful, allowing you to avoid the crowds. I arrived at 3 PM to check in, but wasn't informed that my room was ready until around 3:40 PM
Over two thousand during peak season. The room facilities are only worth about 150 yuan. It can't compare to domestic Atour or Hanting hotels
Norah, who was phenomenal during our check in process as well as at every point of our stay, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had the best possible experience; thank you Norah, we hope to be back soon!
The location is a bit secluded, with not much to see or do nearby
A hotel I was extremely satisfied with during my stay. It features a private beach, and both the beachfront bars and restaurants were excellent. Its location, just a 10-15 minute drive from Patong, was quite convenient
Dinners at The Bay and Cascade were other highlights with good quality fresh seafood, beautifully presented and full of flavor
The hotel's location is fantastic – right on the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, making it super convenient to get around. The room was quiet and comfortable, perfect for a good rest. Really great!
Step out the main entrance and you're right at Terminal 21, making it incredibly convenient for shopping malls and night markets. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the taste is pretty good
The hotel's environment is fantastic, very close to the beach, and it even has its own private beach with plenty of lounge chairs – perfect for enjoying the sea breeze
It really didn't disappoint me much; aside from the slightly dated facilities, everything else was perfect. Both the service and the scenery were excellent
The hotel is right on Pattaya Beach, with direct access to the beach from the public areas on the first floor

Overall, the hotel experience was good. The pools in buildings 1, 2, and 3 are interconnected. The kids' pool is located between buildings 1 and 2, while the adult pool with a swim-up bar is between buildings 2 and 3
The pizza at the Italian restaurant was delicious, and the beachfront restaurant had the best ambiance and service. The pool's happy hour from 4-6 PM is definitely worth checking out for a drink
We tried several restaurants and the service was consistently good; staff were very friendly, always smiling and greeting us. If you can't book the Thai restaurant via the app, try calling
(Building 4 is suitable for those who prefer quiet. ) You can walk or swim through the connecting arches between buildings 1, 2, and 3, so don't overthink which building to stay in
The only downside is the average location; even with the shuttle bus, it takes over 20 minutes to get to Patong Beach, and Karon Beach is even further
The activities were great, the scenery was beautiful, and the people were lovely. It was also convenient for me to walk to Patong.
The perfect place for all specially for muslims. You can have halah food near this place. Also best service they provide. Very clean room and staff is awesome here. Very near from market, food bars, clubs
One of the best hotel in Sukhumvit. Peaceful atmosphere and good hospitality near the nightlife area. We will book again in our next stay in Bangkok.
Outstanding and nice place to stay. The most important is the location is outclassed.
Recommended for all travelers around the corner of the world.
Great location on the beginning of Sukumvit with old fashioned Hotel starting to rain away we had a new room it was very nicely done
Lovely place and very interesting.
The hotel was clean and the location is good at Nana street, but very noisy

Being my first time in Thailand, I was not sure at first on where we should stay. I booked a room just a few days before the TWICE concert that I would be attending and the rates were really reasonable for 3D2N
Facilities: The hotel facilities are outdated, and the decor is average. Cleanliness: The hotel's cleanliness is just okay, and there are quite a few mosquitoes
Environment: The hotel environment is nice, with a swimming pool. Service: The hotel service is warm and friendly, highly recommended
If you’re attending an event at Impact Arena or Challenger Hall, this is the best place to stay! There’s a bridge linking this hotel to event halls
Near DMK so it’s convenient for an overnight stay. No walkable food places near by so be prepared to use GRAB to get around
If coming from airport, buy your evening snacks and drinks directly from the convenience store at the airport. Room was clean, shower had good hot water, breakfast is 199 baht if you pay for it at check in
