Lovely authentic hotel in a quiet area - a short taxi to old town or 20+ min walk. Area has a smattering of hotels, and felt like a relaxed, safe neighbourhood - there are some modern coffee stops nearby, plus lots of small local restaurants offering cheap tasty meals. Hotel is beautiful - our family room was huge. Beds comfortable and room clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice with a European- style buffet and Thai dishes on offer. Juice and snacks are on offer throughout the day. Pool was refreshing- not heated but welcome after a day's sweaty sightseeing. Our children loved the Lanna style decor.

They gave me and my partner a free room upgrade. Jacuzzi in our room and so much space. Comfy beds, lovely staff and a refreshing pool downstairs. Highly recommend for any traveller coming to chiang mai :)

The hotel is rustic and has great character. True it is not sparkling brand new, but we did not leave with anything to complain about. It had everything we were looking for and more. My wife was very pleased with my surprise trip and hotel choice. The staff, at your request, will even fill up the jacuzzi for you in advance of your arrival back to the hotel each day, making for a very relaxing way to end each day. The breakfast also had great quality food and variety, even cooking things fresh at our request.

Absolutely beautiful hotel the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the rooms are fabulous so spacious with comfortable large bed with beautiful views, and hot tub in the bathroom was a great touch very nice stay

Nice room layout for family of four, kids get own beds. The hotel is dingy, seems like it wouldn’t take much to spruce it up to be an even better place. The breakfast and free snacks during the day are really nice.

The hotel was exactly as shown, if not better in real life. So much care and attention to detail, staff very friendly and responsive. Would have gone in the pool as very clean and beautiful, but had missed the sunshine on it so it was on the shade but a lovely addition. Breakfast choice was exceptional, and the open snack bar and hot & cold drinks was a lovely touch. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to fellow travellers.

The location was excellent — just a short walk to the Old Town. There was also a very convenient 7-Eleven right nearby. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful with everything. The bed was comfortable, and the jacuzzi was honestly one of the best features I’ve ever had in a hotel. Breakfast was fairly basic, but it had everything I wanted.

A truly luxurious and relaxing experience. The Lanna Jacuzzi Suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The onsen and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was calm and elegant. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and serenity.

If you want to feel like a queen book the honeymoon suite. This is a quite a magical spot to watch the sunrise, wake up in a royal bed and soak in the jacuzzi.

Spent the first night in Chiang Mai here and the room was amazing.
The bathroom came with a jacuzzi and shower.
