It is a cozy, clean hotel in a great area of Chiang Mai. They do not have an elevator, but staff is really helpful with your belongings. Surrounded by temples and restaurants, everything is within walking distance.

The location was good and the reception staff were friendly. However, there were inexplicable stains on the bathroom wall, and they provided a blanket-like duvet. Although they added a thin white sheet on top, it was uncomfortable and the texture was really poor. The condition of the blanket is as shown in the pictures. Everything was fine but maybe a bit overpriced if we compared this hotel to other rooms in Chiang Mai.

The room was small, the facilities were old, and there was a smell.
The pillows were too high and unusable at night, so I had to use a small cushion.
The key was inconvenient; they provided three keys and a card, which was not very convenient. There were mosquitoes in the room. It looked like the room hadn't been occupied for a while, and the bedding was a little dirty.

This is a cozy hotel with attentive service. They are happy to assist with various requests, such as arranging a rottu to Pai or a taxi to the airport. The pancakes and sandwiches at the cafe across the street are amazing!
