Super friendly staff! Very helpful and everyone had good vibes in general. Our room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable too. Also loved the location, so close to everything and they have a nice breakfast place right next to the hostel. Very good value for the money is you ask me 👌

We stayed here during the lantern festival. The room was very small but the bed was comfortable. The water from the shower would spray the floor next to the bed and flood. The free breakfast was ok but we would often not get what we ordered (one small piece of bacon instead of sausages, no bacon in a croissant that's supposed to have bacon in it).

Really good location just inside the old town - easy to walk to all the main temples.
Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Rooms were very small
Toilets and showers were fine - 2 of each for each floor. Never had issues having to wait to use or with cleanliness

B-House
This place is in a good location. Near airport and in the old city. It has A/C. The first room we opened, we were with the manager, who was about to go home. We opened the refrigerator and it was the most disgusting mess and smell. Rotten fruit. Luckily there was another room that was bigger.
The floor was very dirty, had to mop with a towel. I’m sure I’ll have to pay a fee for it being black after. The slippers are yellowed and brown and old.
No elevator, no AC in lobby and breakfast at another location. Breakfast was eggs or cereal and toast. The only milk was warm and in a box. Only instant coffee but there are many coffee shops near by.
The city view was an alley way. Price was great but not what I wanted after a day of travel.
Definitely more of a hostel situation. Laundry next door.

The room was fine and very cheap so we weren’t expecting much. There was no window so a bit of a box room which we knew before booking. The only issue was the bathroom, smelt very badly of sewage and the shower hose disconnected from the shower head and wouldn’t go back on so we just showered with a hose pipe. The location was good and air con worked well. They also stored our bags for us when we arrived early at 8am. Not awful for the price.

The owner Ti is a really great person. The room was missing a mirror so he put one in, fixed the ac and more. All you need to do is ask.
The free breakfast is great; you can choose Thai or western food.
I was at the top room with a balcony so I can't say much about any other room. The room is small but the bed is comfortable and shower is good. The balcony is nice but you can't really spend time in it since there are 2 ac compressor units that blow hot air when in use. Still it's really nice to have.

This is a great hostel/BnB on a budget! The rooms and facilities are clean and spacious and the staff are wonderful. The bathrooms and showers are shared facilities but they are immaculate and compared to some of the private bathrooms I've experienced are a dream.
It's close to the night markets and all the bars are within walking distance. They provide free toast, coffee and tea as well as cold drinking water. This hostel is a backpackers true delight and I would 100% stay again.

Such a great guesthouse!
Was super cheap, great location, the staff were amazing and they have a snack bar out all day (with coffee, crackers, fruit) which was a winner for us!
The family that run it our the sweetest. Loved our stay here.

The BB house is a nice enough place to stay. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very cheap.
With that being said they are incredibly basic. Bunk beds and that's about it. My particular room didn't even have a window.
If you were on a budget and needed somewhere to stay it works out alright. The food is ok and they were out of beer when we visited.
The location is decent with plenty of shops, restaurants and a street food market all within 3 minutes walk.
