Our experience was very good. There was something making noise the entire first night, that stopped in the morning. I think it was a ceiling fan in the lobby. It was back the last night. I think it could be easily dealt with, until then, make sure everyone knows to leave it off!

Nice clean large rooms and bathroom with AC and fridge. Staff are there 24hours to help. In a convenient location. When we stayed it didn't have the backpackers feel but it was low season.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are nice and quite big with air conditioning ,free WiFi in the room (no extra costs),free bottled water every day and breakfast,great for a price! About 10 minutes walk to food market but plenty of food,bars and shops nearby (paid about 11£ a night)

Disappointing. For the price you can do much better. Location is a little odd and not ideal, down a dark alley, not super close to cafes like in the NE of the old city. Rooms are large, beds are pretty good (firm), bathroom layout is great. But... Sink doesn't drain, internet doesn't work in rooms and often not at all, a lot of door slamming noise, and smoke coming into the rooms in the morning. Included breakfast is minimal. No character in the place, and it gets HOT in the afternoon due to cinderblock building orientation.

The location was great, inside the main city center, and walk-able to many temples and restaurants. The accommodation and breakfast was fine. Staff was always around to help with questions.

A very bad experience based on my recent stay at this place. Warning: the online pictures are very misleading. The bed is very hard, and not clean, especially the pillow cases. Bathroom is dark and smelling. The windows are not sound proof, you can hear everything on the street at night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. You can find better places at the similar in Chiangmai old city.

Nice cheapie on a very quiet soi near to food, sites, and the Chiang Mai gate. Nice sized room, very clean, great A/C. Bed a bit firm for my taste, but softer than many in Thailand. Would happily come back.

Super convenient location, minutes away from the food night market, friendly staff. Clean and cozy, nothing more or less. If you need laundry service the staff will gladly accommodate you with 24h return service, 40B per kg. Breakfast also provided from 7-11.

Nice hotel on a great location. Really affordable price and as its behind the main street its quiet place, the stuff are nice and friendly ( almost loke everywhere in Thailand) they are willing to help you on anything that you would need and they have a nice garden to chill. highly recommended
