Our stay at Lek Villa was good, it was our second time there!!  We found the hotel located in very good location ( North Pattaya), few steps to the mall and the convenience store is just right across the road, where you can grab anything to eat 24 hours. The room and facilities are a bit old but it’s fine for us. Highly recommend and we will be back again !!

For less demanding guests, the hotel's location is ideal, but the rooms are, as they say these days, tired. That's not a concern for me, but it's definitely not for those looking for a new hotel. My room didn't have a balcony, and I wouldn't risk opening the plastic windows even if I needed to, as they had a 1cm gap at the top even when closed. A good hotel. Old, but still decent. Geckos come to visit. The pool, one of two, works. One day, small red ants migrated through the room. The whole crowd left the place and drowned from the bathroom onto the balcony. A good hotel. It needs some renovation.

Family travel, if you have strict requirements for hygiene, it is not recommended, there are a lot of bugs, the hotel facilities are relatively old, the bedding is not very good, the bathtub should pay attention to safety, if there are elderly people, bring a family, there is no way, just make do with it

Excellent hotel for the money. The location is great, everything is nearby, easy to get to the center. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. There is a swimming pool, no breakfast, but you can buy everything in the nearby stores. There are many cafes nearby. The beach is 10-15 minutes away.

Please check the tiles on the pool floor, I cut myself, but otherwise everything is fine.

An excellent stay, big rooms, nice and clean. The staff are super friendly. The pool area is well maintained and very peaceful. The breakfast was good and they have a bar area where you can meet the staff and other guests. A short walk into the town main street and a 15 minute walk to the beach.

We stayed three nights at U Pattaya and it was the perfect stay for us. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, and even though we didn’t take advantage of it, the all-day breakfast option was a great perk we’ll have to take advantage of next time! This hotel offers great value for money. It's surrounded by snack shops and convenience stores, and it's also close to a large supermarket, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The room facilities are quite good, and the breakfast offers a variety of options (the buffet wasn't available because I stayed on a weekday), but it was still delicious. I would stay here again if I had the chance

This hotel is the closest to the industrial estate. We chose it because we had to go to work the next morning, so convenience was key for us and our colleagues. Breakfast on the day we checked out was à la carte, with one free menu item per person. We ordered stir-fried pork with basil and a fried egg, which we loved – it tasted just like traditional basil pork. Salad greens were also unlimited.

If you are looking for budget stay in the area, LCH City hotel is great. Accessible to Bus station, and nearby markets. There are some rooms for improvement in variety of breakfast, though.

Currently staying here on my latest visit. Have been coming here for many years with my Thai partner. Lovely old hotel with clean, recently renovated rooms and great staff who have been here forever. Quiet but close to everything. I don’t book breakfast after some less than good experiences. Most clientele is mature aged, which makes for a better night’s sleep.

Hotel atmosphere was good. If you are a Gujarati then some good restaurants you will find there. Night streets are near. Hotel had good staff and services. So so. Persoel was mainly friendly. There is regular police presence in the main entrance which seems like an official go to contact place, but the constant police presence made me feel uncomfortable. Walking through many officers when entering or leaving the building is a strange feeling without any obvious reason. It’s just not a cozy feeling coming into you hotel where you want to find peace.

Quick small stay nothing to shout about cheap hote

Staff always not friendly and not welcome. Only one key card given, they will not give you additional key card. Hence, A/C always takes sometime to cool up the room and fridge will not functioning once leave the room.

Originally booked for only a few nights. But due to circumstances, my stay was extended much longer. Rooms are roomy and there is a nice balcony with a table and two chairs.  House keeping was very accommodating.  Front desk staff could certainly be friendlier.  One morning I asked if they could refill my portable water bottle - No Problem.  The next day, different staff member, same request….breakfast...

Everything was nice, especially the room. Breakfast is good. Staff should not hang mops and rags in the yard, that's ab bit repulsive. The old wall looks rather depressive. Add plants and flowers to make the environment more attractive.

Older hotel that is centrally located. Many bars and restaurants just outside the hotel. The rooms are sparse with large comfortable beds. They have working safes and a refrigerator. Overall a ok value. Very loud at nighttime with the loud bands across the street.

Probably better for not weekend - so much people...
