The Hotel is relatively newly refurbished and it's clean with good location. Booking grab is good since most Drivers are familiar with the Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable with size. The only issue we encountered is during check in, we were asked to wait for quite some time as cleaning is still in progress and that's past 3pm already. It should have been cleaned and prepared considering that I have informed them in advance and confirmed my booking. We were tired and wish to rest but we waited for awhile. The breakfast spread and crew is what stands out for us. Enough variety of food and taste good. Good thing there is Bacon offered, so definitely will consider to book again when we return to Pattaya.

The room so cute and newly renovated but unfortunately the location is too far to go to the beach, the nearest 7-11 is like 5 minutes walk.

Clean, pleasant hotel. All staff are very friendly. Breakfast is basic but has everything you need. The air conditioning was clean! This is rare in hotels. It's about a 20-minute walk from Central Festival. The only downside is that the road noise is very loud.

I booked a windowless room, but they gave me one with a window, which I really appreciated! The location is a bit far from the beach and popular attractions, but the accommodation itself is super clean and lovely. The staff are also very friendly. I had a great, relaxing stay!

I'd personally give it a 9/10. Everything was great overall, except for the bedside power outlets – neither of them worked for charging. Other than that, everything was perfect. The service was excellent, and the staff were always smiling. The hotel is located on a main road with plenty of parking. There was even a bellboy who helped carry our luggage to the room. For this trip, we requested a honeymoon setup, and the hotel did a fantastic job. We were very pleased!

The hotel's overall cleanliness was impressive; the room was spotless and the bedding pristine and dry. While the facilities weren't luxurious, they were well-maintained and met all basic accommodation needs. The staff's service attitude was truly commendable; they were always polite, smiling, and incredibly attentive.

We lived this place and will definitely stay there again. The area is about 15 mins from the embankment, pretty chilled. Very good service, great facilities. Very clean. The breakfast has everything what’s needed. Thank you for your job!

The staff were very polite, and the room was clean and super comfortable. I loved that it had Netflix! The soap was great too, very foamy. Parking was extremely convenient, and there's a McDonald's and a 7-Eleven nearby. I hope they get lots of customers!

Excellent, I'm very impressed! This must be another room, haha. This room is perfect in every way. The AC isn't as loud as in the other room. I love it so much, truly!

Service complete disaster. These people do not know one bit of decency. Do yourself a favour and find your lodgings elsewhere, Better located

On the 31st countdown, we came back around 1:00 a.m. to take a shower. The water wasn't flowing because the staff turned off the water. I was confused as to why the water was turned off and the water was very black.

From the outside, the view is beautiful. The food doesn't taste good. 38 customers in the tour group are dissatisfied and the hotel interior is a bit old. The entrance and exit has 2 parking spaces. On the side of the road.
