I stayed for a week, and the room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. In the morning, in addition to tea bags and instant coffee, there was also complimentary freshly ground coffee available from 06:00 to 11:00. The pool was well-lit, so I wasn't afraid of getting cold when I went into the water in the morning.

This is an ok/average hotel, but my experience is that it is expensive. Rooms are ok. The Park Hotel is located in an area with two major roads in Central Pattaya. Due to the location, I do not recommend this hotel unless you have a car/motorbike.

It's a decent hotel, the room is cleaned daily, and the sea is a 5-7-minute walk away, with two swimming pools. The pier is a 20-30-minute tuk-tuk ride away, or a 10-minute taxi ride. Breakfast is the same every day, which is fine, but by the 12th day, it gets really boring. There's a night market next to the hotel where you can eat and buy anything.

The Park is safe, quiet, good value for money, clean, and fairly close to shops and restaurants. The room looked a little tired, and some days service (asking for new towels, asking for laundry) was a little slow. However, for the price I do feel like I got my money's worth. Even extended my stay for an extra few days.

It's sad. In the restaurant, they roll a huge dirty iron cart between the tables, push chairs, collect scraps, clear away dirty dishes near people, a pigsty, to my indignation, they snap at me. Beach towels are torn and patched, like doormats, it's embarrassing to lay them out on the beach. The beach is clean, the sea water is dirty with household waste, sewage, disgusting. And they warned us, on Wednesday...

The hotel is decent. The pools are clean. The location is great. The breakfasts are terrible. The food is poor. The sanitation is unhealthy. There are a lot of sick people. The hotel guide from Annex Tour, named Elkhan, is only busy selling tour packages. If you get sick, you won't get your money back. It's better to pay a little extra and buy a 4-5 star hotel.

This spot’s perfect if you love quiet—though Pattaya’s attractions are about 2.5km away. The room’s beautiful and clean, and the reception owner’s super friendly. No complaints here!

Perfect tucked away location. Very attentive staff. Dining over the water. Room views are amazing looking out to the ocean.

The room was on the second floor. The hallway leading to the second floor was cluttered with items. The wooden floors were quite noisy. The staff were Cambodian. The room was expensive, but upon entering, it felt very ordinary with no welcoming fragrance.

The location was perfect to be able to walk to everything within town and beach. Parking for cars and bikes, including charging stations. View from our room was incredible. Staff were superb friendly.

Near Pattaya Beach, the entertainment district. It wasn't too noisy, so I felt comfortable. It was nice. Thank you for the warm welcome at reception. They also upgraded my room, which had a balcony. I'll be back again.

The price is very reasonable. Despite the low price, the room condition is excellent. However, since only one room key is provided, it can be burdensome to move separately from your group. The curtains are also clean.

The rooms are very basic, and the walls are paper thin... you can hear everything and everyone! It can be quite annoying...LOL!

I really this location in Bangsaray. Up in the hills where its nice a quiet ( besides the birds chirping) yet you are only 10 mins from beaches, ramayana water park and many other amenities. The pool villa is is modern and practical with a really nice pool and planting. Also very well priced and owners very helpful

Very friendly and helpful staffs. The resort has a shuttle bus bringing guests back and forth from Na Ban Pier. The bathroom is a bit dirty but overall I had a very good experience staying here.

Stayed here in late July 2025, a good location near 2nd road which you can take the 10B taxi to Central. Rooms were clean and of a good standard, room maids were good, always friendly. The ladies at reception were also friendly and able to help with anything, they even provide free beach towels. All in all a good hotel.

Just like the photos, it's right on the beachfront road, directly across from the sea. We had two rooms, and breakfast with a view of the ocean was incredibly relaxing.

The hygiene was so-so, and there were cockroaches in the room. There were no disposable toiletries provided, and breakfast was very basic.

Still a recommendable place, the price is decent. The location is very convenient, right by the sea.

The room type I booked had no windows, so as soon as I woke up, I'd take a taxi to the school by the sea and spend the whole day at the restaurant there. If you're on vacation, it's definitely worth booking a nicer room with a sea view. That way, you can just relax comfortably in the hotel every day.

I booked at 2.30pm and I check in at 4.30pm, last minute decide to join the Pattaya 3 days countdown concert at the beach side. Its a walking distance for 10-15mins only very convenience. Walking about 15min to Big C and 20min to Terminal 21. Definitely a good location. Cleanliness need to improve , many hair on the floor and the tower hanger is so old and rusty

The hotel is pretty small and simple. Clean enough to live comfortably. Free motorbike was a nice touch. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. My main disappointment though was with the location. Koh Larn (coral Island) was indeed quiet and comfy, but it barely had any corals, most of the reef was dead and in pieces. Probably too many tourists or has to do with too many boats and jetskis zooming around...

Good place to stay but you obviously need transport to get around. They provide a complimentary motorcycle. The island is worth a visit and the beaches are excellent. Breakfast is fine.

Very friendly and kind hostess of the hotel! Spacious room with a terrace overlooking the sea. Excellent and hearty breakfasts, a buffet and a dish to choose from. At the end, a free shuttle service to the pier was provided.

It a amazing good value with big rooms. right in the heart of town. No need for a car or motorcycle. I'd give it five stars if there was no smoking in the rooms. Smell of smoke. But I will always come back here and just bring a spray. They should but a sign in the rooms to smoke on the balcony..

Definitely give it 5 stars is it wasn't for the bars playing loud music till 2am, even if it was 1am they played loud music till it would be better but apart from that no complaints, really nice staff always pleasent which is a big bonus for me, mine sized rooms, TV is an OK size, the WiFi is okay (maybe a little slow yet OK for browsing and YouTube) would definitely stay again. There was an ant in the sugar. Also, the remote control of the TV didn't work. I had my battery replaced last night, but I need a new one. I went to the bus stop after checking out.
