Very nice staff!! In the reception and the clean ladys are very kind and helpfull!! The swimmingpool is very big and clean!! I i feel at home when i am there!! One specail thanks for mister An!! He takes care me like on friend!! Ther rooms are big clean and i sleeped very good! Thanks to the staff!! For me the best location in pattaya! Heinz Hofer

Our stay at Lek Villa was good, it was our second time there!! 
We found the hotel located in very good location ( North Pattaya), few steps to the mall and the convenience store is just right across the road, where you can grab anything to eat 24 hours. The room and facilities are a bit old but it’s fine for us. Highly recommend and we will be back again !!

For less demanding guests, the hotel's location is ideal, but the rooms are, as they say these days, tired. That's not a concern for me, but it's definitely not for those looking for a new hotel. My room didn't have a balcony, and I wouldn't risk opening the plastic windows even if I needed to, as they had a 1cm gap at the top even when closed. The sea is 600-800 meters away, and Terminal 21 is 400 meters away.

Pro= Price / quality ratio is very good. Huge superior room, very quiet, great water pressure, fast check in and out. Biggest hotel pool in pattaya. Cons= garden and pool area in need of maintenance. Location requires daily use of songtaew. PS can't understand the negative comments on the reception, they were very fast, professional and polite.

A good hotel. Old, but still decent. Geckos come to visit. The pool, one of two, works. One day, small red ants migrated through the room. The whole crowd left the place and drowned from the bathroom onto the balcony. A good hotel. It needs some renovation.

Excellent hotel for the money. The location is great, everything is nearby, easy to get to the center. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. There is a swimming pool, no breakfast, but you can buy everything in the nearby stores. There are many cafes nearby. The beach is 10-15 minutes away.

Please check the tiles on the pool floor, I cut myself, but otherwise everything is fine.

Well, I won't stay there again. The cleaning is so-so, there are cobwebs and spiders everywhere. On the first day there were three huge cockroaches in the bathroom. I went to the reception and reported them, but they weren't seen again. The location is great. The pool is big, but very tired. Only Germans live in the hotel, who bring Thai women for their pleasures)

Yes, the hotel is old, but solid. This is also evident from the abandoned state of part of the territory. The hotel consists of two buildings and a couple of swimming pools between them. The territory is large, green and very quiet due to the location. There are few guests, mostly old Germans who invariably hang out quietly with beer by the pool all day.
Pros: quiet place, large rooms, swimming pool, good view from the upper floors, you can see the sea and most of the north of Pattaya. Big C, Lotus, Terminal 21 and all sorts of eateries and food stalls are nearby.
My room for one was simply huge. And there were two beds))) a refrigerator and TV were present. Room service is available daily, if desired.
Cons: the hotel is a bit old and looks a bit abandoned, the best years are behind us. There is no food at all, but you can easily find something to eat by going out into the city. Food stalls start right from the entrance. An old CRT TV, it is unclear how and why, switches scattered throughout the room. Turning on the light in the evening is quite a quest. I found everything only after about 5 minutes. 🤔
The air conditioner was quiet, but aimed precisely at the middle of the bed. The blanket saves.

There is nothing to spoil in the room, no matter how hard you try. It can be recommended for a short vacation. The pools save you from the heat. Towels and sun loungers are plentiful and free.
