Room is very small when compare with other hotel at Pattaya and room service is poor. You will find sand on the floor after cleaning. No kettle for cooking water. No coffee, no tea bag, nothing at all….

The resort layout and the rooms are nice. We went there 18 people and rent out 5 houses. Each house has living room and kitchen so quite good. It’s in a good and peaceful location.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms clean. Beds comfortable and quiet. The location is not close to Bang Sean beach or anything else, really, so you will need a car. We used Bolt for cheap taxis which works well.

There must be a club around the hotel somewhere, the throbbing bass is continuing until 4 AM. Luckily I brought good earplugs. Cleanliness of the room leaves a bit to be desired, especially the bathroom. The bed was good.

I like older hotels with bathrooms. This one has a great bath and hot water. The air conditioning is good and quiet. There's some road noise, but for some reason it wasn't a major distraction. The hotel is very dated. The linens and towels are old. Although clean, they don't look fresh anymore. The beaches are a 40-minute walk away. There are many shops and cafes nearby. Overall, the hotel is clean and cleaned daily. The view from the window was stunning.

This is our 2nd time at this hotel. What can we summarize? You need to stay in the Deluxe rooms (main building), the rooms in the additional building are very noisy from Thappraya Street. The pool is great, especially for families with children. The rooms are large. Clean. No animals. A huge minus, which at the moment (March 2025) THERE ARE NOISY CONSTRUCTION WORKS! I expected something normal for that price, but surprised me. My room was very spacious with a private balcony, clean and street view. When I came to the room, it smelled very good. Wifi was stable and fast enough to work online. Have microwave, kettle, and fridge. The swimming pool area is very relaxing, private and very well decorated. Overall I had very nice stay and if I can i will repeat it.

Beautiful beachside resort out of the crazy congested Pattaya city but close enough to get there in 15 mins if needed. Highly teccomended and a fabulous spot for wrddings & parties etc.

Convenient to travel, easy to find, near Sukhumvit Road, clean room, very spacious, 1 large bed and 1 3.5 foot bed, comfortable to sleep, quiet, 3 people, family, very convenient, there is a hot water kettle, but no coffee cups, only clear drinking glasses.

Pros: quiet (the hotel has only 1 floor, divided into separate sections), greenery, birds singing, there were no rowdy guests on the eve of the New Year holidays. Not bad repair in the room, they give 2 bottles of drinking water in glass bottles, shampoo, soap. Coffee, tea are not given as in other 3-star hotels. Cons: it is located very far from Wong Amat (70-120 baht) to get there by taxi.

Quiet and a bit hidden place from a busy coast

The room is beautiful, has a balcony, is quiet, the bed is very soft, and there is a hair dryer in the room. However, the green pool is very old and probably hasn't been repaired for a long time, but it's not a problem. The room is very good.

The pool was out of order but was advertised as working. Shower overflowed everytime it was used. It would flood the entire bathroom floor. Was told that we could change rooms then it didnt happen. The television also did not work. Staff were very friendly though.

Just stay here! Simple. They treated me as if I was the only guest or the one that mattered most. Where else do you get that feeling? This place made me feel good and especially when I was not well. Great location, close to everything, and easy to get around. The parking lot is spacious, and in the evening, you can walk to the beach to enjoy the view.

Great location and price for a few nights in Bangsaen. On the main road to Bangsaen beach but set back a bit so very quiet at night. Rooms are a good size and clean. Lots of bars and restaurants very close by, but don't come here looking for a Pattaya type holiday. Bangsaen is for families and young Thai's to relax, and that is it's charm.

condo building in the middle of Soi 4. A bit run down, 2 pools and no gym. Condos small studios are hot and poorly ventilated requiring constant air conditioning. Roof was clasping on the top floor, but repairs under way. Plenty of resturaunts and bars in the local area.

Excellent value for money and the perfect location for exploring Pattaya. Everything is within walking distance and central mall is just two minutes walk yet it’s quiet and peaceful away from the main road.

I stayed in Pattaya for two nights over the New Year holidays. I checked in over an hour after check-in time. I was shown to my room, but it wasn't ready yet, so I had to wait outside. There was no elevator and my room was on the third floor, which was uncomfortable when I was drunk. The location was close to Central, so it was convenient to get around.

The rooms are clean and adequate 👍 The bathroom was okay; everything worked and it was clean, but unfortunately, there was an occasional unpleasant smell coming from the pipes. Quiet place, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Room Wi-Fi didn’t work, the door lock was broken, I had to ask the staff to open it for me every time. But since I stayed only for one night it wasn’t such a big problem.
