The hotel is in a great location, but because of this it can be very loud at night until about 1:30 or 2:00. It is kind of a quirky style, the bathrooms are “different” but functional. Could use a chair or two for sitting

Older hotel that is centrally located. Many bars and restaurants just outside the hotel. The rooms are sparse with large comfortable beds. They have working safes and a refrigerator. Overall a ok value. Very loud at nighttime with the loud bands across the street.

For me, this is a wonderful place.
It’s located near Pattaya Beach, surrounded by a variety of food choices and many tourist attractions. The service and accommodation are also very good.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in . Very  dirty rooms and across the road clubs what go on till 4 in morning it is so loud . Could not sleep. And the front of house was VERY RUDE and would not change rooms .

I mean it's an alright place. It's in a city, you have access to a lot of stuff, rooms are okay but no-where near as advertised online really does feel like a 2-3 star hotel.
This is more of a location issue but it is loud in the night and it's hard to sleep.

Rooms are old and the bar music is loud till 4am. Staffs and the GM Miss. Vicky was very helpful and provided good service. The owner needs to spend money to upgrade the place and soundproofing the place. Otherwise this is one of the best located hotel close to everthing.

Have stayed here in the past as it was a decent value for the location. A bit worse for wear now and they were unable to provide a room safe for all the rooms, including the two available at the time. Reception is also painfully slow in spite of their process, which leaves some employees standing around while one tries to finish the bookings for everyone. Will look elsewhere and only as a last resort here again.

Stayed here​ ​for​ ​couple of​ nights.​ The​ location​ is​ very​ good​ near Central​ Shopping,​ Many​ Resturant​ and​ Bars around.​ The​ Building​ is​ old and​ need​ renovated.​ The​ only​ negative is​ the​ music from​ across the​ Bar​ is​ very​ loud.​ The​ need​ to​ install some​ soundproofing Windows.​

This is a nice restaurant with great food portions and options.

I could see the staff were struggling to keep up a bit, probably because of how busy it was but they were nice nonetheless.

it's best to book a table beforehand as it's very busy during peak time (6-8pm).

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and the food has generally been good. However, during my recent visit, the new staff were rude, unprofessional, and even demanded a tip. I was also served undercooked chicken, and when I pointed it out, the replacement still wasn’t fully cooked. This was extremely disappointing and posed a serious health risk.

Food was okay, not great but good enough.Chicken schnitzel, not pounded flat enough, but the batter was pretty good or the breading. French a little soggy for me, but overall it's passable

Cozy restaurant with delicious Balkan cuisine in Pattaya. The Croatian/Yugo platter was a real value-for-money hit – generous portions, freshly prepared, and nicely presented.
Friendly and attentive service, relaxed atmosphere.
One small minus: no Ajvar – which for me is a must-have. Still, highly recommended!

This is my second time staying here at 18 coins hostel , and it’s one of the best accommodations I’ve found in this area. All the party clubs and nightlife spots are close by, and the beach is also not far from here. It really feels like the centre of everything, which is why I came back again.

The hostel and hotel offer good shared rooms.
There are separate rooms and washrooms for girls.
Reception service is available 24/7.
Payment can be made in cash.

I have been coming to this hotel for over 3 ½ years. During that time, I’ve made wonderful friends here, and I’ve always appreciated how most of the staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive — they smile, remember my name, and make me feel at home.

Unfortunately, on my most recent visit I experienced something very disappointing. One staff member treated both me and my fiancée with open hostility. When I greeted her politely, she responded with a scowl and shouted at me. She also swore at us and told me my fiancée was not allowed at the hotel. This was shocking and upsetting, as I’ve never been treated this way in Thailand before.

It’s a shame, because the rest of the team is excellent. However, one person’s behavior can be enough to ruin the experience for guests. I truly hope management addresses this, because otherwise this is a great place to stay.

Even though the check-out time is 12 PM, they let me stay until 2 PM because my bus was late. Such nice people! There's a good reception area where you can bring food and eat while watching the outside moving traffic.

Nice and polite staff, but he did not wear a mask while brewing coffee. Even I was entering to the store he went to the coffee bar to take my order without having his mask on before performing the service. Noted that the staff needs to be concerned more situation awareness especially for the current Covid19 Pandemic Prevention for himself and others.

Moreover, I chose to pay via "คนละครึ่ง", but he told me that ถุงเงิน's phone of the shop is with another staff and that staff was not here. OMG!!! (Please, noted that you can log-in ถุงเงิน applications for your shop at maximum of "4" devices.)

For the coffee, it is Dark Roasted Coffee Bean which is good for mass taste of many people in normal.

Don't make a reservation for Airbnb. If you pay in cash, it'll be a little cheaper. The room is clean.Perfect security...

Excellent location off of bukao on soi 15 I think. The room was small but had good wifi mostly. I had to reset the router a few times. Cold aircon and hot water shower. Drinking water is available in the lobby. Beware that there is not an elevator and this place is not handicap accessible. So if your on the fourth floor... And after a long day at the bar it's quite a climb. Friendly staff. I'll probably stay again or one of the other guest houses on the street.

I checked in 2 days ago and it is sooo loud here..the walls are thin and the halls echo..nighttime no staff so people come and go all night..
I asked if i could check out and get partial refund from the 18,000 baht for room plus 8,500 deposit.
NOOO only can give you partial deposit back..
Thats 9,000 baht a night here.
Im stuck here for the next 29 days because i cant get my refund..
8 years i have been living 6 months a year here and my first bad experience is this fricken place...
SO UPSET WITH THE PEOPLE HERE.
