We only stayed for one night as we were visiting friends who live in Jomtien. The hotel is right in the centre of the walking street complex so be prepared for sure interesting sights especially in the evening. Good location to hang out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kept our luggage very late for free.

I’ve never stayed at the boutique hotel before, but it was very impressive. It is right in the middle of a bunch of nightclubs, but you cannot hear a thing in the rooms very clean and looks new very happy and will stay again soon. 

A wonderful hotel. We booked a room with access to the pool. We swam there every day. The deposit was $100. It was returned upon checkout. The breakfasts were delicious and filling. Lots of different fruits and vegetables. Several types of sausages, salami, and kupaty. The buns were delicious. The cleaning staff came every evening to check if we had everything we needed. The Thais are very hospitable

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the location is great and convenient, the service is excellent, and you can use the garden, facilities and breakfast of the adjacent hotel, creating a wonderful vacation atmosphere.

I liked the hotel; it has 3 swimming pools, 3 relaxation areas, and it's quiet and peaceful! The breakfasts are good, and the hotel is conveniently located, just 3 minutes from Terminal 21! It's a clean, pleasant hotel.

Let's talk about it in overall! The staff was splendid but still quite ignorant, and there were a few significant language barriers with room service. The great thing was the pool. It was quite fun and kid-friendly with a waterslide, even the kiddy pool had one! I had a great stay but there was one serious issue... THEY HAD ABSOLUTELY NO SOAP, LIKE, WHERE EVEN IS THE HYGIENE GUYZZ?!

One of the best hotels ever, best location, comfortable beds, spacious room and very helpful staff. 7Eleven is just a min walk away and it’s very convenient. They keep 2000 Thai Baht as a deposit so keep that in mind, however it was refunded upon checkout.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel J Pattaya Rooms were neat and clean . The staff were friendly, attentive and ready to help with smile always . My son really enjoyed in pool . Breakfast buffet was awesome with many options . Highly recommended .

It's a clean hotel, and it's mostly used by Japanese people. It's great that there's a washing machine in the room.

I prefer Western-style breakfast. It's not a buffet.

The staff at the reception, especially the lady in the morning, is so rude ...

The hotel is in a very nice location just a few minutes walk to Pattaya Walking Street and the beach but the staff at the counter is not so welcoming

The hotel reception staff need proper training on how to speak with customers. the elder lady at the reception behaved very rudely with all customers including me. It was one of our most memorable stays at this cozy resort. The place was so peaceful and hygienic, and the staff were super sweet and helpful. Excellent resort with even better service. A cute and (literally) cosy resort, away from the bustle of main town, yet within a few minute's reach. The facilities are clean and service is hard to compete with. Tejas, Santosh and Naam are a star staff team that look after all your needs. Lovely breakfast, served with love. The package hotel that dominated the 90s was almost ruined as time went by, but it was revived as a children's swimming pool and playground. It is worth a visit if you have young children. The location is great and within walking distance to many places if interest and big shopping centre (Terminal 21). The room itself was very spacious and having the balcony was very convenient to dry the clothes.

Good location and very nice view from my balcony. Room is big and clean. Moreover, have complementary drinks and snacks in the room.

Everything is very strict, no privacy, hotel staff are always watching, feel uncomfortable with the staff.

The only thing was bad is the smell, maybe it’s only my room, but hotel it self was pretty good, new and clean, modern design and comfortable beds, cash deposit for 500 baht.

The location is great , amenities are value for the purchase , the room is clean too. When I forgot my shirt , the room service was quick to inform the reception. One suggestion though : why are all rooms dark shade , may be some light shade interiors would click better with someone like me 😊

Toilet bowl choked up. Was told that toilet paper cannot be flush down into the toilet bowl after cleaning up your arsehole. So I laughed and replied that means I have to eat it up?🤣🤣🤣. The receptionist was also no that friendly and helpful.

In principle, the hotel is not bad. New and modern. The staff is pleasant. Room cleaning every day. Everything is standard. There is a nice rooftop pool, there is a small fitness room. Besides the fact that they forgot to bring towels a couple of times, everything is fine. The only negative is that there are no balconies in the rooms.

While the staff was friendly and the location was convenient, one of the main issues was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. The door didn't seem to block out noise from the hallway, and we were woken up multiple times in the morning by loud conversations from other guests talking to each other next to our room.
