i spent one week here its a quiet place and the beds were very very comfortable everything was good the only downside was the low water pressure in the bathroom i want to make a second update. ive stayed in many places in pattaya around this price range but this one feels like home ive been here for over a month. the staff are very helpful this place really makes me feel at home.

The hotel is starting to look old. When I first entered the room, the air conditioner was very loud and the glass door didn't close properly. After moving rooms, it was better. Actually, if they renovate, it might be better. I have used this chain before, but other branches have much better rooms.

The staff here are all good. They really have service minds. The hotel may not big. But I'm very impressed. Only cons is that the breakfast place is too small, so it's crowded. But breakfast time is 3-4 hours so if you aren't in a hurry, you can choose when to enjoy your breakfast. I will definitely stay there again if I had a chance.

Wanted to stay here for a while. As it was my birthday I treated myself, and so glad I did. I can only score this hotel 5/5 for everything as it was just amazing. I come to Pattaya quite often and have stayed in a few hotels. The Amethyst has been by far the best, clean, quiet, great staff and great location. Totally recommend to anyone to stay here.

I stayed for two nights from January 17th to 19th. The hotel's architecture and decor were quite new. The rooms were bright, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was okay at the counter on the first floor, though the dishes were just average. They didn't have my favorite Thai rice noodle soup, but it was passable.

We got vouchers from Tourism Authority of Thailand Event in Bkk. It was so worth for money every penny. Room was superb and very spacious. Besides, during low season there was slightly private. Location is also nice and accessible. Gym is so neat 10/10. Very recommended

This is a wonderful, peaceful hotel, offering excellent customer service and amazing rooms. The jacuzzi on our patio was much larger than the website pictures suggest and was the perfect size for 2 people. Hired a motor bike for the day to head down to Bang Sare and stumbled across this beautiful long jetty Cafe for a drink. The surrounds are impressive. Sitting out on the deck with a nice cold Chang and taking in the views. Lovely atmosphere. Did not stay here only stopped for a Chang. Dearer than most places as its attached to the hotel but well worth the stop. 🥰

This is hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. While the location is good, it's right next to a bar street, and the soundproofing is abysmal. Don't even think about getting any sleep at night. There's no 'do not disturb' sign for room cleaning. Every morning at 8:30 AM sharp, they start vacuuming, and at 9 AM, they ring your doorbell, completely disrupting your sleep. There's no Wi-Fi reception...

Rooms are great, nice staff and the price is also good. It is a little walk to a street with shops but only 10 minutes. The swimming pool doesn’t have a lot of sun over the day, but it’s good refreshment in the morning. Edit: if you lose your room key, you don’t get your deposit back of 500 baht.

Propably the best value for money hotel in central Pattaya. The room i clean, there are good certains and airconditioning. There is quiet and the staff is friendly. Food on alacarte in the restaurant is good too. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that there a few maintenanse of the room and the facilities, but everything is very functional.

There was hardly anyone there. We were the only people sitting by the pool. The pool was green and the first day the staff was working on fixing it and said it would be fine the day after. The next day it was still green.

The place is in the middle of nowhere, far from the market and other places. The room is too dark, not enough lights and mirrors for a lady to put make up on. No services from the staff to help carrying the luggage.
