The hotel looks nice and is nice in places. It could use some sprucing up. For a 12 day stay in Pattaya it was much more good than bad. The good was the air conditioning worked great, and the housekeeping staff were phenomenal. The bad is: there is an middle aged woman at check-in, who has a bad attitude and really tries to make things more difficult than necessary. Luckily, I didn't see her that often...

I was a solo traveler. This hotel had a kitchen in the room and it was very helpful in order to keep my meals. Also very clean swimming pool.

Good location, easy to get around. Breakfast was good but very local. Staff was very pleasant. Room clean up to standard (me being nitpicky - the shower pressure wasn’t the greatest) but overall good, Walkable distance to Pattaya beach and a short drive to Jomtien beach. Will definitely return! Oh and the pool was open till about midnight which was a bonus!

Basically, amazing hotel that’s all what can I say very clean good personal. Maybe for some people a little bit noisy but compared to other hotels in Pattaya for this price this hotel is amazing.

The pool is on the rooftop, in the front desk area. It's a bit old but still functional. The only issue is the ongoing construction downstairs, which causes a lot of dust in the accommodation area.

If you’re okay to waking up at 9 am on vacation due to construction, then this hotel might be good for you.

This was my first visit to Thailand, and this was the first hotel I checked into. The process was swift, the room was great, and it had a wonderful view. I liked everything about the hotel, including the rooms and the location. The pricing is a bit higher, but the overall experience was great. I had a wonderful stay here. The environment is quite good, and the room is pretty spacious. There are a few Korean restaurants right outside the hotel, and you'll see a lot of Koreans around. The pool is also quite nice. It's very close to Terminal 21 and the 99 Show, and there are massage shops nearby too.

Really nice resort away from the noise and lights of the city. It's the perfect resort if you are looking for calm and nature. The restaurant is a bit pricey but still fair. You can also find 2 or 3 restaurants along the beach. Or take a taxi for a 5 mn ride to the closest city.

The pool villa room type is excellent for families with children, offering superb privacy. The hotel grounds resemble a vast botanical garden, providing a fantastic environment. The main difference when compared to international five-star hotels lies in the front desk service, which still needs significant improvement.
