Quiet and a bit hidden place from a busy coast

This is my second time staying here. I love the privacy and atmosphere so much, and their bath bombs are amazing – highly recommend trying them! The price is mid-range but acceptable. Room service prices are typical for a hotel, though the taste wasn't exceptionally good. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's alright. It would be even better with more variety.

This is a hotel that provides good value for money and a safe reliable option. However it is now showing its age. It was no doubt a fine 5-star hotel 20 years ago. Now I think it more 4-star. Nothing wrong with that as long as you know. It is very popular with Russian and Indian holiday travelers.

Rooms are big and spacious, distance from the beach is a factor. Cleanliness is good, washrooms are moderately clean. Check in time is odd as they don't let you check in before 3p.m. which is very inconvenient when you arrive in the morning. Hotel front is good as you have a 7-11 store just opposite to the gate.

The hotel is located right on Sukhumvit road, in between Sri Racha and Laem Chabung, so the location is perfect for people coming to both areas. The room is very well decorated, even though the A/C was a bit poor, not cold enough somehow. The facility is good with pool, onsen, gym, and breaksfast. Holiday Inn standards everywhere are the best. The only negative is the location, not convenient for walking around for food.

The room is quite spacious and clean. The hotel's location in the port area is convenient, being close to the highway and making it easy to get to the Chonburi industrial estate. If you drive about 5 kilometers further, there are many restaurants, hotels, and beach resorts. For this area, the location is pretty suitable, and the price isn't expensive. I'd definitely stay here again!

The beds at Grass are the most comfortable; Fangzheng stays here every time he comes to Pattaya. There's plenty of food right outside the door, and it's super convenient. It's really close to 168, just a 200-meter walk, and there are 7-Elevens at both the front and back entrances.

KTK is a nice and clean hotel with nice pool and sauna. The breakfast is 249 baht and until 12 o’clock every day! They also offer a shuttle service for free when you want go to the city. Staff from reception is very friendly and the bellboy very helpful.

I wouldn't recommend getting breakfast here. Out of three days, we got food poisoning once, and another time, we showed up 35 minutes before closing and all the serving dishes were completely empty. The rooftop pool is heated, but it's very shallow, only 1.2 meters. The bar/restaurant prices are inflated. Housekeeping, room amenities, etc., are all average and acceptable, no complaints there.

This was a nice location within walking distance of most things from shopping to bars. If you desire wild and crazy or calm and social, this location will provide that. It also has a decent pool with a well functioning sauna for both men and women.

The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Downside of the hotel is the pool area, downstairs there are lots of staff sitting just waiting for something, but nobody is on the rooftop by the pool so it’s dirty and there’s pigeon shit on all the sunbeds, around the pool and on railings.
