The only thing was bad is the smell, maybe it’s only my room, but hotel it self was pretty good, new and clean, modern design and comfortable beds, cash deposit for 500 baht.

The location is great , amenities are value for the purchase , the room is clean too. When I forgot my shirt , the room service was quick to inform the reception. One suggestion though : why are all rooms dark shade , may be some light shade interiors would click better with someone like me 😊

Toilet bowl choked up. Was told that toilet paper cannot be flush down into the toilet bowl after cleaning up your arsehole. So I laughed and replied that means I have to eat it up?🤣🤣🤣. The receptionist was also no that friendly and helpful.

In principle, the hotel is not bad. New and modern. The staff is pleasant. Room cleaning every day. Everything is standard. There is a nice rooftop pool, there is a small fitness room. Besides the fact that they forgot to bring towels a couple of times, everything is fine. The only negative is that there are no balconies in the rooms.

The door didn't seem to block out noise from the hallway, and we were woken up multiple times in the morning by loud conversations from other guests talking to each other next to our room.

Additionally, We found a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom. I understand that occasional pests can be an issue, but it did raise concerns about the overall cleanliness.

I do not recommend anyone to contact this hotel. The administrator and the hotel staff ruined my vacation for me and my wife. For the first time in my life I see such a terrible attitude towards customers from the hotel reception. My wife slightly stained a towel with her makeup, and the hotel reception made me pay 600 baht for washing the towel! At the same time, he initially wanted me to pay him in cash bypassing the hotel cash register. I paid by bank transfer and left the hotel early, because I could not stand such impudence from the hotel staff.

Good value for the price. Near some taverns so, some days you need earplugs to sleep because of the music until 2-3 am. You will need to use Bolt to go to the center of Pattaya. Nice room service, but be careful don't dirt sheets/towels as they charge if they are dirty.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are big and spacious with all amenities like microwave, fridge, ac, gyser, gas stove, tv ( only limited local channels ), plate, bowl and spoons. But there is no telephone on in the room so if you do not have a local number you cannot call them for any needs. So you will need to go all the way down to the lobby to reach them. They do not have buffet breakfast system, just a small cafe at the ground floor but there are joints outside the hotel and big c mall is 2mins walking from the hotel where you can get everything possible. It's a basic hotel but extremely clean and that's what we needed. The only problem here like in most places of Thailand is that no one speaks and understands English properly and hence it's a task to figure anything or to have a conversation. All in all I would give a 4 star. Could be better in terms of food availability, and cooling in lobby. But no other problem as such for now. It's just day 1 and we got to stay for 3 more days

This place is amazing. I love how spacious the room is with dining table, a sofa, cooking space, microwave, etc. The room gets cleaned every day. Towels are replaced and toiletries provided.
The location is also great! Near Big C, Terminal 21, big pubs, just over kilometer to the beach, and all other establishments.
The hotel also has a space for working and a coffee shop inside with really good and affordable coffee.
❌ the TV which is not connected to cable. If you don't watch TV, it won't bother you but I do.
❌ the air conditioner as it makes really loud sound and water comes out of it. I believe it just needs maintenance or fixing and everything will be perfect otherwise it was an awesome stay!
